October break

Nice room, and view (except during rainstorm!). Hot tub was lovely, but surrounds very slippery (be careful!) Restaurant not open, which was a shame, but breakfast pretty good choice. Local area a bit downbeat...

While I did not have a mainly negative experience, I found there to be a couple of issues that impacted on my stay. The facilities from what I experienced would make the hotel more of a 3 star than 4, I found the interior to be a little tired. The lack of immediate easy public transport meant several long walks to the train station which is 30 min walk away including twice with luggage which was not fun in mid 20 degree weather. Otherwise I found the staff to be helpful and there to be a good selection available for the breakfast and If you would like to be near the Napoli football stadium the location is pretty perfect

Liked the option buffet breakfast although items weren’t always replaced. In room if you wanted to use Jacuzzi or Air Con you had to ask at reception or would not work. Jacuzzi bath warm first night, but second and third wafer trickled out and was only lukewarm. Although connected to Wi-Fi took day and half to get internet. Once all working it was fine. Shower door bit loose. Toiletries good.

non un hotel a 4 stelle

L'hotel non rispecchiava i requisiti di un hotel a 4 stelle. Nella camera le lenzuola si presentavano macchiati come anche i cuscini. Il soffione della doccia rotto, perdeva acqua, facendola andare in tutte le direzioni. Colazione ben fornita. Fatti presenti i suddetti problemi, al momento del check-out, una signora scortese alla reception ci ha detto che non fosse possibile applicare uno sconto per il disservizio ricevuto, in quanto avessimo prenotato da un sito esterno al loro.

Dalla foto della prenotazione della camera a vedere la camera , come il giorno e la notte .. poi vasca idro in stanza .. ma nn si può usare bisogna pagare extra(specchietto per le allodole).. sporca ,trovato scontrino di due giorni fa e quello che rimaneva di una ciabatta . Poi il phoon non funzionava .. e la tv era dietro la colonna . Riuscivi a vedere solo metà …due cassaforti nessuna funzionante senza porta spazzolino …però devo dire che nella doccia ci sono due bei doccioni(boooo) ….da evitare !!!!😱

Pessimo in tutto! Foto ingannevoli, struttura vecchia e maleodorante. Le 4’stelle se le saranno inventate, per me non merita neanche mezza stella. Il peggior “hotel” in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Evitatelo come la peste.
