The property is unsuitable for many reasons; Not once was my room cleaned. Reception staff do not speak both italian and english there is one person who speaks english and works part time. Breakfast is not a buffet, there is toast and an option of stale pastries. The rooms are not sound proof, if you dont like to sleep then stay here because you can hear absolutely everything, people coming up and down the stairs the person next door phone notifications, not to mention the hotel do absolutely nothing to stop noisey guests from interrupting othet guest, was just a shrug of the shoulders. Police were called at 4am in the morning due to noise and arguments, and for conpensation a slab of mozzarella? 4 nights I spent here and not 1 night was quiet. Dont be fooled by the €15 airport transfer they will take you then demand €50-€80 euros, the station transfer surcharge changes daily too, i was told it was €3 euro each way the man demanded €10 for one way. You ask for directions they will tell you there isnt a bus so you pay them money, the bus stops right outside by the way. The beach is not a 10minute walk its more like 30mins and thetr isnt a pedestrian walkway, on this busy road. Not much to eat or drink in the area unless you go to the beach or into the city. I have spoken to Expedia regarding a refund for this trip andnit has been a headache just trying to get support. The hotel keep giving excuses as to why they cannot manage their establishment accordingly. Staff are rude.
