A very nice little hotel, in a gritty part of Naples. But then, most of Naples is rough around the edges. Staff very helpful and nice. Breakfast was wonderful! There was a great rooftop patio for pre-dinner drinks.

The property is OK for one night stay in Napoli . Pretty clean, air conditioned room has everything you need to relax after sightseeing tour. Location is not pleasant for walking or dining but CENTRO STORICO begins right across the Corso Umberto 1 and port area is in walking distance too.

The Hotel is close to the center of the city. It is not that loud during the night. The entire staff is really nice.

The hotel is in a renovated building with the area surrounding the hotel looking a little rundown but that's how much of Naples is. Everything in the hotel worked, the hot water was hot, all the plumbing was working, the sheets and towels were clean. The hotel doesn't seem to have staff present at all times, the desk certainly was often unmanned but that's how some hotels operate these days. You have a key to the front door and let yourself in and out. The breakfast area on the roof was very pleasant with the option of eating on the terrace. The staff who operated the breakfast area were friendly and efficient.

Small hotel in Naples. Very well located near the main train station and the smaller ones that also goes toward Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. Quiet neighborhood. Nice breakfast. Very helpful staff. Simple but very nice.

The breakfast was a great spread. Would have been nice to have towels changed after a few days. Taxi drivers often had difficulty finding the hotel as it is located in a run down area, but we felt safe. The staff were incredibly helpful.

Perfectly adequate

It's a cute hotel, but our room was very small (couldn't unpack) and the area seemed iffy at night. The breakfast was indoors/outdoors on the top floor, requiring a few stairs to reach, and you had to arrive early to enjoy the full selection, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and adequate, but I think I'd look for a more central & scenic location next time around.

Not great / poor cleaning

Some of the staff does not speak/understand English well. Cleaning was not good, the dirty towels on the floor should had to be replaced with clean ones. The cleaner picked up the dirty towels from the floor (?) and put them as clean ones. We complained to the reception, but the same thing happened again... The breakfast was very limited. More sweet pastries. The fruit for breakfast often ran out. The special diet must be announced in advance, although getting it is still not guaranteed. Location is good. Air conditition is good. Liked also the roofterrace. I didn't get any special things as Silver member should have had in this hotel. So don't exoect those things from here.

The owner of this property is an excellent fellow and goes out of his way to make his guests comfortable. He even gave us a lift to the train station without charge. The outside of the building is not great but don't judge this book by its cover. Inside, the rooms are modern, clean, and well cared for. Would definitely stay there again!

There was no breakfast option or coffee in the building. One of the reasons I selected this hotel was the advertised breakfast in roof lounge. It was being renovated. This should be communicated in description.

The amenities were not as advertised. No bar/lounge, no coffee available anywhere on the property, no cafe and no breakfast available. The only thing in the room was a kettle and 1 bag of tea. It was not a double bed but 2 singles pushed together that sagged in the middle. The pillows were uncomfortable and the bathroom was dirty. The handle to the room door fell off when opened.
