Save your self from a headache. Booked the Deluxe room with balcony and city view. After checking in they gave us the superior double room with no balcony or view. When we showed our booking confirmation with the payment proof they completely denied it and showed us there system with another booking with our information. Told us they only received a payment for way less than what he actually payed and that they didn’t have that room available anyways. Completely gaslighting us into believing we didn’t book or pay the amount we did. Also our room was for three adults and they gave us a small foldable bed incredibly uncomfortable definitely not made for a grown adult. Still trying to get a refund for the downgrade after two weeks. (Never received the layout of our payment for night even though I asked and they confirmed they would send it through email).

O local é fantástico! O quarto era muito bonito, amplo, com detalhes que fazem a diferença como: TV, ar condicionado, frigobar, decoração, itens de asseio pessoal. Além disso, tem uma ótima localização, próximo a restaurantes, comércio, metrô e da Avenida Toledo. O atendimento do Sr. Ilton foi outro diferencial! Muito cordial, divertido, nos deu várias dicas e nos deixou guardar as malas antes do check-in! Ah, e ele fala Português, o que foi de grande valia também para nós brasileiros! Enfim, vale muito a pena se hospedar na Dimora Donna Elena. Esperamos voltar em outra oportunidade!
