Lovely clean and modern property with everything you need for a few nights in Naples. Nearby is shopping and restaurants. Host was great also for an airport transfer.

We stayed here for the first part of our trip to Italy and our expections were met and more! Carmine was super helpful during check-in and through out our stay! The room is beautiful and very clean. Bed was very comfortable and we really appreciated the daily housekeeping - a nice extra we weren’t expecting. Overall, we would stay here again

Great location with metro station, ferry dock, and Mediterranean seafront all within walking distance. The suite was clean and smelled amazing as there were diffuser sticks in the lobby outside of our room. The room itself was well-appointed with a beautiful view of Dei Martiri piazza. The bed was very comfortable. Fantastic food available from a variety of restaurants, cafes, and pizzerias close by. Enjoyed every minute of the 7 days we stayed at Dei Martiri Suite in Napoli!

Very nice comfortable location

The stay was very good. Room was comfortable and had a nice overlook of the street below. Pretty bustling area. Carmine met us at the property and went through all about the location. Also provided us with a map of the area and point of interest. Also got a cab arraigned for us for the next morning for the trip to the airport.

The suite was in a great location and the room is beautiful! We were so excited when we checked in. The air conditioning works very well too! But we encountered some issues. The room we stayed in has ants. I saw only a few but my husband found them constantly, they were in the bathroom, in the bed, everywhere, and the floors are black so they're hard to see. The shower drain cover also just sits on the floor and moves every time you step on it so that was annoying. And worst of all for us is we used the Vikey key to get in and out of the hotel with my phone, so we didn't need to take a physical room key card with us everywhere and we're from the US and it's 95 F every day, we wanted the room to stay cool for while we were gone. We left the room key in the slot to keep the electric on in the room and twice the cleaner removed they key and opened the window so our room was very hot when we got back it was extremely frustrating. It also shuts off the refrigerator so any food/drinks don't stay cold either. I also messaged the manager to ask them to not clean our room for the day because they don't provide a Do Not Disturb sign and he read it but didn't respond, but they still cleaned the room, turned off the electricity and opened the window. We also tried to use the big jacuzzi tub by the window and it was disgusting, it left a line of dirt around the tub when we drained the water. Room would have been great but those things killed it for us.

We loved this hotel and location! The hosts were very responsive and helpful, and included a restaurant guide. A short walk to the water front or shopping made for easy sightseeing and enjoyment! Would certainly stay at this location again!

We had a great one-night stay in Naples and absolutely loved it! Carmine was an exceptional host — he went above and beyond to make sure we could easily access the building and apartment, which made everything so smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect: safe, quiet, and still just a short walk to amazing shopping, delicious food, and must-see sights. Even with just one night, we felt like we got a real taste of the city. Highly recommend staying here — we’d happily come back for a longer visit!

Very convenient location with shops, restaurants, and the ability to grab transportation when needed. The bed and breakfast is located in the building right on the side of the book store, WiFi is essential to get inside and outside of the building. Quiet location was a plus which allowed us to sleep when needed.

Schönes Zimmer mit Kaffeekapseln, Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher und schönem Whirlpool. Einmal wurde das Wasser nicht warm, jedoch wurde dies nach einer Nachricht in kürzester Zeit geregelt. Viele Dinge sind fussläufig erreichbar.

El alojamiento una maravilla, empezando por la buenísima atención de Ana en el momento de llegar como de Carmine durante los 4 días que hemos estado en Nápoles y el portero del edificio, Súper bien situado, barrio tranquilo y accesible a pie a las zonas de interés. La habitación fantástica en general, balcón con vistas a la plaza… si vuelvo a Nápoles sin duda volvería al mismo lugar.

Sehr zentral gelegen, alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dafür aber verständlicher Weise abends sehr laut. Das digitale Öffnungssystem der Hoteltüren, war einwandfrei. Keine regelmäßigen saubere Handtücher bekommen, Zimmer war aber Preis Leistungsverhältnis super. Keine direkte Rezeption vor Ort, dafür aber per Handy erreichbar, wenn was benötigt wurde. Würde ich jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

An sich ein nettes Zimmer, allerdings waren der Check in und die ersten Minuten im Zimmer sehr schlecht. Zuerst funktionierte die App nicht, dann sollte doch über den Link aus der Mail die Schließanlage gesteuert werden. Der WhatsApp Support vom Host war gut und es hat geklappt. Im Zimmer waren allerdings noch die alten Handtücher und das bezogene Bett vom vorherigen Gast. Dazu stand noch/schon Reinigungsmittel im Bad. Anscheinend war die Putzkraft kurz da und dann wieder weg. Die Wände waren schon etwas mitgenommen und das Bad sah auch nur fancy aus. Wenig Druck in der Dusche und keine perfekte Sauberkeit. Duschgels und Shampoo war nach der Reinigung ausreichend vorhanden und auch das Bett war dann ca 90 Minuten später frisch bezogen. Der Balkon war super und auch die Lage ist echt gut. Beim Checkout, der laut Infoblatt vom Host um 10:30 sein sollte, standen wir um 10:15 dann vor der verschlossenen Tür um in den Flur zu gelangen, auch hier muss mit der App bzw. Dem Link die Tür von innen geöffnet werden (was bei einem Brand oder sonstigen Problemen wirklich bedenklich ist). Als ich den Host dann angerufen habe, hat er uns die Tür aus der Ferne geöffnet, meinte aber noch recht frech dass der checkout bis 10:00 ist. Danach ist der Link deaktiviert und man kann die Tür nicht mehr bedienen. Zuvor wurde auf eine Frage per WhatsApp (19:15, Vorabend) nicht mehr geantwortet, also Service auch eher mittelmäßig. Schade, da die Unterkunft nicht ganz billig war und zuerst gut wirkte.

Eccellente esperienza nel cuore di Napoli.

Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi da questa struttura. Posizionata in una delle nostre parti preferite di Napoli, la camera offre tanto spazio e servizi confortevoli. L'arredamento è moderno e molto curato, il bagno super spazioso e la pulizia è impeccabile. Ci tornerò sicuramente!
