We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming — they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The entire property was spotless and felt so well cared for. The location couldn’t be better — close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect home base for our trip to Italy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! 💛🇮🇹

What an amazing stay in Naples. This location was perfect. Located at the top of the hill in a clean and safe European community with plenty of entertainment nearby. 3 finiculars and the Underground train all within 2 block walking distance. Easy access to the beach and all the tourist areas. Antonio was the BEST. Very attentive and accommodating.

First off, let me qualify my visit by sharing that im 80 years old, i primarily stay in Cassino 3 months a year, and this is my first experience with hotels of this style, deeply imbeded in large multistory buildings of varied occupancy. I'm currently in route to Puzzuoli. I normally reside on forested mountain acreage where I don't even see my neighbors for weeks at a time. Enjoy the contrast! 😆 Finding these emdeded hotels is challenging, but obviously possible! 🙄 This one has three levels of security doors, each with its own electronic code. The room is a key lock, its lovely, beautifully designed,, with television, refrigerator, a dream shower and tub with music, its great. From a window, one floor up by stairs or elevator, you may watch the life orchestration below. The dining area service is very nice, for morning breakfast and great Italian coffee. The personal are absolutely lovely and were most kind to communicate in English for my benefit. 😍 This is a wonderful way to start your day. The train station is only a block or so away, just off the central plaza, which is abput a hundred meters from the hotel entrance. Metro is also accessible by stairs in the plaza. Theres an absolutely wonderful market a little up the hill, to the stairs, where you’ll turn right. Very close! Its great in that if you get turned around on one of four choices of direction, backtracking to find your way isn’t a huge deal. I enjoyed my stay here, its quite nice.
