Although the hotel was located in downtown Naples, it was a little tricky finding which building it was in and how to get to the proper floor. Room was clean and in good shape

The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was very clean, with ample towels and toiletries. The staff were super kind, accommodating and helpful. There was a common area with drinks that you could pay for. Highly recommend it.

Sabrina at the front desk was excellent and prior to our arrival communication through WhatsApp with us with information, instructions to get to the property and the rail system in Italy as well. More than a hotel is a room service. Is a small flat with rooms, easy to walk around. They have outside water and coffe. This is not a Hotel but is ok to be there.

The property is old . The room itself is really nice but the elevator to get up to the room is super small it took me and my family 3 trips to get our luggage up . Be aware that the room has no fridge . There is a shared fridge on the lobby area for all guests to use
