A fantastic situation a short walk to the shopping quarter of Naples. A safe area with a supermarket and cafe's round the corner. The room was spacious and clean with an excellent view of the city below. Be aware the room does not come with a coffee maker, fridge or kettle but there is a communal area where you can find all you need, though us brits, bring your own milk! An honesty box is put out for you to pay for items from fridge when the staff aren't there. The staff were superb, super friendly and helpful

Great location

Great sized room in a perfect location in central Napoli. Our room was for 3 adults and it had 3 beds with a cute little mezzanine. It felt spacious and well laid out. We had a little balcony too which was lovely. The street below is noisy however we couldn’t hear a thing in the room. The bathroom was a good size too..The lady at reception was very nice, friendly and helpful! The room was very clean also and in a lovely secure building (the hotel is on the 4th floor) . I would definitely recommend staying here and would have no hesitation in booking it again!

Overall was good. Very nice people welcoming us. But 0 eco-responsibility, windows not closing properly. The sink was simply disgusting with mould on the old decomposing joints. The pillow were outrageously bulky which made the nights quite uncomfortable.

The room didn’t match what was advertised, the room had a strong stench of something dead (rat/mouse), the bathroom sink has mold and mildew in it. Lastly the front desk which u contact via text promised to organize a taxi to the airport at check out and the taxi never showed, neither did the front desk respond. Stay someone else, possible closer to the port the neighborhood also starts to look better/safer.

Excelente ubicación. La habitación limpia y ordenada, igual a las fotos que se anuncian. A pesar de que el personal no está siempre en recepción se les contacta muy rápido por WhatsApp. Muy recomendable.

Très bien situé et le personnel était charmant toutefois il manquait de savon et shampooing et il n’y avataucune autre couverture qu’un drap plat dans les lits. Nous étions 6 dans 2 chambres et nous avons eu froid. Aussi aucune instruction pour la machine à café. Comme il n’y à personne sur place pas très pratique

Umständlich und zu teuer

Lage ist sehr gut. Service unprofessionel. Wurde ständig angeschrieben und gefragt wann wir denn jetzt endlich ankommen. Nachdem ich nicht direkt auf eine E-Mail eine Woche vorher geantwortet habe am nächsten Tag die Frage wann ich denn antworte. Nach der verspäteten Landung in Neapel schon wieder. Dann direkt der Hinweis nach 20 Uhr müsste ich 20€ mehr bezahlen. Wir waren um 20.10 da. Die „ Strafgebühr“ musste bezahlt werden. Das nächste Mal buche ich woanders.

Atendente foi bem receptiva. Mesmo com dificuldade no nosso inglês ela se esforçou para se comunicar em espanhol, por isso valeu a experiência. Funciona como um Airbnb, não há recepção 24 hrs, não há café da manhã. Porém há serviço de arrumação de quarto. Preço justo entrega o que promete, bem ao lado do metrô. Viemos com várias malas e ainda sim foi super fácil andar com elas pelos metros e chegar a acomodação. Vale o preço
