My family and I recently stayed at B&B Universita (August 2025). The room was perfect for a family of four and was very clean. There was also a kitchen located down the hall, which is especially very handy when traveling with kids. This was available 24 hours per day and there were always snacks, espresso, etc...Parking was also available right behind the building for a fee. Our host was very friendly, flexible, and communicated with very well with us prior to our stay. The location was very central as well and we walked to major sites in Naples within 5-7 minutes and felt very safe. We would certainly return.

Our host had great communication. He texted us using WhatsApp to coordinate what time we would arrive to meet us. The location is 5 minutes walk from the train/bus stop. We took the train then transferred to a quick bus ride. Very convenient location esp traveling with 2 small kids. The hotel has a little elevator to lug up your luggage’s. The room is located on the 4th floor so we were thankful there was an elevator. It’s a shared space. They offer some pastries, juice, coffee, and yogurt for breakfast. Free use of the kitchen and filtered water available to refill your water bottle. Would recommend!

Wonderful host, lots of communication and advice on where to eat and best places to visit. Breakfast pastries were always a delight! We stayed at the property for 4 days. The hotel was in a fantastic location and easy to find when we arrived. The building was really secure and we felt comfortable going in and out of the B&B. The biggest benefit to booking this property was the host, Eleonora was very helpful in telling us all the details for getting to the property and met us for check-in. Eleonora then provided us with lots of information about the area and make some good recommendations. It was greatly appreciated and we would stay here again.

Very nice welcoming by the Young man in charge ! Very nice location. The room was perfect, nothing to say ! But the other guests were too too loud in the morning, messy, they left me nothing for breakfast and the living room was messy, they left everything on the tables, the dishes, the breadcrumbs … it wasn’t cery noce at all.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Communication via whatsupp was smooth and quick. It's a B&B which one have to remember, it's not a luxery hotel. But value for moneny is 5+ stars. Perfect location if you are continuing to the ferrys later on (15-20 min walk)

Very good value accommodation in Central Napoli

Stayed one night. The accommodation is well located within central Naples within easy walking distance of the main railway station, Metro and main tourist areas. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the host friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with through WhatsApp when, for example, agreeing a check-in time. Breakfast consists of tea/coffee and croissant and is provided in the kitchen area, which also provides access to a communal fridge and coffee/water.

Cool Top floor view of Napoli's roofs

It a typical old city down town accommodation with a large balcony. The room/ bathroom was modern and clean. The building and surroundings give a real feeling of old Napoli and offer an easy access to train station and port.Our hostess Francesca was easy to reach and was super helpful. We recommend this place.

The staff was super nice, the place very clean; well located and a lovely cafeteria area with tea, coffee and biscuits. 2 things that spoilt it a bit: the breakfast was served outside the B&B and you were only allowed one Sri k one specific slize of only certain things. Also bear in mind the car park is paid-for;5 mn walk and 20 euros per day.

Great location for exploring the city of Napoli. Francesca was great to communicate with and provided recommendations of things to see/do during my stay. The only downside is the rooms are all connected to a small (private) hallway so when someone comes back in at night or leaves in the morning, you can hear them from your room (especially when they let the entrance door slam shut).

Good B&B. Breakfast is down the street and restricted to a drink and a pastry. Other B&Bs offer more food. The broken showerhead was fixed fot our last day. Very helpful service.
