The owner was so friendly and helpful. We managed to communicate even with a language barrier. Breakfast was a nice touch, delivered to the room at a pre-set time. Bed was comfy, good air con and shower worked well

Room was very clean and location is very central. We were able to walk to our meeting point for our day trip easily. Breakfast was provided to our room which was nice. The owner was friendly even with a language barrier. Only downfall was the entrance to the B&B wasn’t what we were expecting.

This place is in what I could consider a questionable location, not the greatest neighborhood we did all of our sightseeing during the the day, we were inside for the time it got dark, it is very conveniently close to a lot of places you want to see in Naples, we walked basically everywhere except when we went to visit the Royal palace we took a taxi and it was only 10 euros so location is great. The room itself was clean very nice, no smells the air conditioning unit struggled to keep up, I don't believe it gets cooler than 77/78F so we slept in light clothing, no need for even a sheet, the landlord does turns it off when you leave FYI. Now the host Antonio was very nice, friendly but note that he speaks basically no English, we were ok because I can understand a fair amount of Italian but be warned you will need to learn a bit of Italian or use some kind of translator, we chose the traditional Italian breakfast a coffee with milk (if you can't do dairy you are going to want to let him know) and a croissant you have the option of plain, jam or chocolate (basically Nutella spread) The elevator is interesting but is that or 124 stairs up and btw to get to the first floor you need to press 0 not 1 our first two days we needed a coin to go up and down but then he told us we didn't need it anymore we don't know why. Overall it was a very positive experience, we have no complains, around the corner there's two very good pizza places, fresh fruit, bakeries, a Gelateria, etc.
