Ho trovato molto assurdo chiedere 200€ di cauzione che spero mi vengano restituiti presto. Non mi è mai capitato e giro l'Italia dal nord al sud. Camera confortevole ma la pulizia dovrebbe essere migliorata, rifacendo soprattutto il bagno un po' vecchio e usurato.

Viajmos a Nápoles, pero buscamos otro alojamiento. Por varios motivos. Habia que ir a buscar las llaves a kilomteros del alojamiento. En una ciudad tan caótica, eso es un crimen. Además de lo pagado, te hacían pagar casi 50€ de tasas más 200€ de fianza a devolver en más de in mes. Todo eso nos hizo declinarnos por dar por perdido lo pagado y biscar otro alojamiento.

Über Expedia habe ich ein Hotel direkt am Piazza Dante in Neapel gebucht, ausdrücklich mit Blick auf den Platz. Leider war die Erfahrung äußerst enttäuschend. Bei unserer Ankunft standen wir über zwei Stunden vor verschlossener Tür – ohne jegliche Information vor Ort. Erst später erfuhren wir, dass sich der Check-in in einem völlig anderen Teil der Stadt befindet. Das Personal vor Ort war unfreundlich und weigerte sich, auf Englisch zu kommunizieren oder weiterzuhelfen. Der Check-in hat uns zusätzlich 200 € gekostet, zuzüglich einer Servicegebühr von 130 €. Zudem bekamen wir kein Zimmer am Piazza Dante, sondern in einer anderen, weniger attraktiven Lage. Das Zimmer selbst entsprach in keiner Weise den Bildern auf Ihrer Website – es war klein, laut und insgesamt enttäuschend. Leider hat Expedia in dieser Angelegenheit bisher nichts unternommen. Sowohl vom Hotel als auch vom Buchungsservice hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Die Stadt war wunderbar – aber die Unterkunft hat unseren Aufenthalt stark beeinträchtigt. Mit enttäuschten Grüßen

Viaggio di Napoli e della costiera Amalfitana! A Napoli abbiamo soggiornato nel B&B le 4 stagioni per 5 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo, esattamente nel centro di Napoli, le camere erano ben attrezzate e molto confortevoli. Al check i siamo stati accolti benissimo in tutta sicurezza per il covid e siamo stati accompagnati in auto al B&B con le valigie anche se vicino al luogo del check in! Consiglio il B&B a chi vuole soggiornare nel centro di Napoli

Ho prenotato la camera con molto tempo di anticipo, ho scritto cinque e-mail e il proprietario non ha mai risposto. Solamente dopo che vuoi Rb ho scritto un paio di e-mail il proprietario ha risposto alle mie domande e fornisce indicazioni sulla struttura. La camera ha un bagno esterno e MON privato ed interno come comunicato e scritto sull’annuncio su Internet. Pessimo. Lo sconsiglio vivamente.

I don't recommend

Not so good experience. I won't go there back. On Internet they say all taxes are paid but when we arrived they asked us to pay the city fees. On Internet didn't say but the toilet was in the hallway and the shower didn't worked properly. In the room one socket was broken. All the doors were hard to open, the keys did not seem to fit.

Posizione in punto strategico per raggiungere le varie attrattive della città, metro a pochi metri. Struttura buona ma camera e bagno fatiscenti, la porta della camera non si chiudeva bene, restava socchiusa, comodini /2 mini mensole penzolanti e quasi staccate dalla parete, aria condizionata rumorosa, il bagno ad uso privato ma a qualche metro dalla camera, piccolissimo e con odori di risalita scarichi. Nel complesso faccio fatica a dare la sufficienza.

Disponibilità del personale, nessun “divieto” o limitazioni, e quindi molta indipendenza. Condizionatori, televisori e Phon funzionanti; nonostante le camere per non fumatori era disponibile un balconcino.

Tutto il complesso di appartamenti era strutturato decentemente e la posizione dello stabile è molto comoda. L'aspetto un po' fastidioso è stata la rete wifi che molto spesso non funzionava, e questo per chi viene da fuori può essere un gran problema.

Personale e Titolare molto maleducati! Doccia e serrante difettose o mezze rotte e con la scusa che viene ospitato dal cliente che lo ospita li vogliono accollare le colpe! Muffa nel bagno! Strettissimo il tutto! Vogliono soldi anche per lasciare le valigie alla reception! Uno schifo! Mai piu! Il piu peggior albergo di napoli! E anche se scrivono che ce il wifi non esiste!

Ottima posizione

Ottima esperienza, tutto pulito, zona silenziosa, comoda per i mezzi di trasporto e per visita centro città. Lo consiglio. Peccato la colazione che non è gratuita e il bagno che, appena arrivata non aveva un buon odore.

Dobre miejsce dla turysty!

Świetna lokalizacja do zwiedzania pieszo całego Neapolu. Duże, wygodne łóżko, dostęp do kuchni, wifi i klimatyzacja. Bardzo miła obsługa! :) Bardzo mała łazienka i prysznic, ale oprócz tego wszystko było w porządku. Polecam.

Da rivedere un pochino

abbiamo fatto il check nella struttura dove vengono servite le colazioni e la signorina è stata molto gentile e dopo aver lasciato in deposito le valigie siamo usciti. Nel tardo pomeriggio siamo tornati e ci hanno accompagnato alla ns camera che era in un condominio vicino. La stanza era fredda ed il condizionatore sembrava non funzionare. Ho chiamato più volte la reception e devo dire che la signorina è stata molto gentile, ha fatto tre viaggi, l'ultimo con un manutentore. Alla fine si è capito che il condizionatore non era sufficiente a scaldare la stanza, pertanto ci hanno portato una stufetta da usare anche in bagno perché lì il riscaldamento non c'è proprio. Il bagno è la cosa che richiede più spirito di adattamento perché è veramente minuscolo e sprovvisto di bidet. In conclusione per coppie giovani che non hanno problemi va bene, ma per un anziano o per persone con difficoltà a muoversi non va bene. Ho visto che le camere non sono tutte uguali, alcune hanno il bagno in camera, altre sul corridoio ed anche la misura non è la stessa. Consiglio di informarsi chiamando la struttura

Nn funziona niente in questo albergo a parte che sei in una bella zona di Napoli ma il resto è tutto infunzionabile, il personale qualcuno che Nn gliene frega proprio niente di tutto quello che Nn funziona, mi hanno fatto stare 2 giorni senza poter usare il lavabo x lavarmi i denti.. Solo le signore delle pulizie nulla da dire educate e brave, il resto non interessa molto della clientela...
