Max (host) was very helpful. Easy check in. Facilities served our 1-night need well. The location was a bit rough -- a 17 min. walk from the train station through and old and dirty area of Florence. 3 flights of stairs through a broken down area. Once in the apartment it is a clean, comfortable stay, but we left the area right away and went elsewhere for meals and adventures.

L'appartamento nuovo internamente risulta spazioso, curato nei dettagli, personale disponibilissimo Daniela ci ha accolto e fatto sentire a casa lasciandoci anche la colazione di benvenuto per il giorno dopo. Lo stabile è in quartiere poco distante dal centro storico ( 10 min a piedi dal Duomo ). Consigliato
