Perfekt läge, mitt inne i Gamla stan. Marinella var otroligt tillmötesgående, hjälpsam, och trevlig. Hon pratar bara Italienska men det funkar super med översättningssppar. Ingen frukost, men lite att snacksa på på rummet. Levde väl upp till våra förväntningar. Inget fönster att tala om men otroligt charmigt hus så det gör inget.

Et bra sted, men info er ikke fullstendig

Det er alt i alt et fint sted som er utmerket posisjonert i Napoli Sentro Storico. Rent og pent, veldig sentralt i nærhet til mange gode spisesteder og bare 10-minutters gang fra to ulike metro stasjoner. Det som fungerte ganske dårlig for oss var at rommet ikke hadde vinduer. Eller det var et vindu som hadde tregardiner på fra utsiden som gjorde at rommet aldri hadde dagslys. Ventilasjon i baderommet var også ganske dårlig, og håndklærne hadde aldri mulighet til å tørke seg ordentlig. Beskrivelse på Hotels.com viser at det stedet tilbyr frokost, men i virkeligheten det var bare et brett med knekkebrød, syltetøy og nutella stående i rommet som skulle vært frokosten til oss for alle 6 dager. Dette må ikke hete frokost. Vi følte oss virkelig lurt. På Hotels.com står det også at verten snakker engelsk i tillegg til italiensk. Det gjør de dessverre ikke, og innsjekking foregikk gjennom Google Translate. Samtidig var vert flink til å kommunisere gjennom WhatsApp i forkant og avtale innsjekking.

Mauvaise communication

Le logement vous demande de les contacter avant d’arriver pour prendre rendez-vous pour le check-in car c'est une guesthouse. Une personne me contacte quelques jours avant par whatsapp, mais elle ne fait pas parti de l’établissement mais d’une conciergerie qui gère plusieurs établissement. Je lui dis l’heure approximative d’arrivée car venant en voiture cela dépend du traffic. Je lui dis aussi que j’aurai besoin d’une solution de parking, elle me donne les tarifs je lui demande du jeudi soir au samedi matin, elle me dis que ça fera 1 journée de parking, je lui demande si elle est sûre d’elle car pour moi ça fait plus de 24h, elle me dis 1 journée à 35€…. Puis elle me dis de l’appeler 10/15 min avant d’arrivé. En arrivant le jeudi je l’appelle 10 minutes avant d’arriver et la elle me dis de la rappeler quand je suis la bas. Donc j’arrive la bas, une rue très étroite avec des scooter qui vont dans tous les sens je me gare péniblement en double file pour décharger les valises et quand je la rapellle elle me dis que la personne du Check in va arriver d’ici 10 min mais que pour le parking je dois aller à un autre endroit car je suis rentré dans une zone ZTL(zones à traffic limités réservé au résident) et que je n’ai pas le droit et que je risque une amende, elle pretexte l’oubli de sa collègue qui ne n’a pas prévenu. la personne qui viens chercher la voiture me dis que ça fera 2 jours.. bref mauvaise gestion et communication. Attention pas de lumière du jour dans le logement.
