"Its a "romance hotel," which I didn't realize until I got there, so I was naturally confused when I entered the front door as there is no reception desk just 4 buttons you can press to select your room type and a phone. I stood around confused for long enough that a nice employee saw me confused on a security camera and came to help. ２００年の歴史ある宿で、和風の雰囲気を味わえることを期待した。
おおむね期待通 りの雰囲気の宿だった。
趣のあるお堂や庭があるので、夜間にライトアップするともっと良くなると思った。
・課題
今回はエクスペリアで予約したが、そもそも石屋に連絡が行っていなかった。
IT系が苦手なのかもしれないが、金沢市を含めインバウンドや観光に力を入れる以上言い訳にはならない。
若いスタッフがいなくても宿泊客との接点を予約サイトに任せて、十分な確認が取れない体制になっているのは問題といえる。
ITに振り回されるのではなく、宿がITを利用しているという意識をもって取り組んでいただきたい。
