Hotel cómodo Limpio Un poco trasmano del centro y ubicado en un lugar oscuro Muy bien todo el personal Salvo 1 señorita que a la noche no nos dio una mano para pedir comida( el hotel no disponía de cena y no era fácil dirigirse al centro a comprar, todo cerrado y nos dijo que bajemos aplicacion para pedir comida que ella estaba ocupada y no nos podía ayudar Me pareció mal

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a short walk to many attractions including Les Machines. The rooms were made up well. The pillows were not very good.

Cuidado a la hora de pagar. Por lo demás, correcto
El hotel es correcto, bien comunicado, con una de las líneas de tranvía en la puerta y gran desayuno. No obstante hay que tener cuidado con la gestión de los cobros. En un primer momento nos quisieron cobrar el desayuno de los dos menores que ya estaba incluido en la reserva. Detectamos ese error a tiempo pero no otro error por un cargo indebido del servicio de habitaciones. A la fecha aun no nos han reembolsado la diferencia porque exigen para hacer la transferencia un documento bancario, denominado RIB que solo es obligatorio en las cuentas bancarias francesas. Les facilitamos el IBAN y el resto de documentación bancaria pero aun así no proceden con el reembolso.

Hola Señor Pablo,Todavía estamos esperando un documento oficial de su banco para realizarle el reembolso. El número solo en un correo electrónico no es suficiente. Te invito a que nos lo devuelvas lo antes posible, para que podamos reembolsarnos a nosotros mismos.Saludes cordiales

Hôtel Novotel plutôt ancienne génération donc architecture assez bof. Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes mais confortables, notamment la literie, très bien. Petit dej gratuit pour l'enfant accompagnant l'adulte, plutôt bien. Il n'y a vraiment pas grand chose autour mais en marchant on rejoint vite le centre ville

Excellent Stay
A beautiful hotel just about 10 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes from Grand Elephant ( by walk ). Good rooms . Lovely breakfast and dinner. The best part was the excellent people who man the front desk. Just go for this top notch Hotel.

J'ai dormi dans cet hôtel la veille de passer mon examen professionnel d'ingénieur. J'ai très bien dormi. La literie est top, l'espace est conséquent et c'est propre. Suggestions : refaire les joints de douche et mettre des baignoires dans certaines chambres afin de permettre de se délasser.
