「Beautifully designed hotel but maintenance and cleanliness is an issue. Water pressure is too low, no hooks for towels, bathroom is too dark. The hotel staff needs to learn to deal with international customers as no one spoke to me in English. All in all good but many issues…」

「We had a great stay at this hotel. Room is are relatively simple and small comparing to other hotels we stayed at, but very clean and quiet. Staff were curteous and tried their best to meet our needs. There were some question as to whether our reservation included breakfast. They kindly honored it even though my booking didn't show the details. The area was quiet. 15 minute walk to the nearest subway station which get us to major attractions in the city. Highly recommend this place!」

「Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Excellent location.」

「Breakfast is poorly managed, with very long queues for both tables and hot food during peak times. In the end, we were unable to get any hot food.」
