"Excitement turned to MISERY on arrival. Told there was a luggage drop. No. Only if you stop on a busy street. Joffre Garage a 10-15 minute walk past junkies and beggars. Reception said this was normal . .. we only saw it around the hotel. Elevator fits one normal sized person and bag, or two people. ..."
