Well set up for a family break, the kitchen facilities worked well for us as a family. The best part of the hotel, is the heated indoor pool. Parking also is convenient, although, you have to pay first before being able to enter the parking.

If you are looking for a place that feels almost disconnected from human presence, this is it—there is no in-person check-in, as everything is handled by phone. It was not clearly communicated that arriving in the evening could mean having no parking available. After a five-hour drive, we arrived around 9:00 p.m. with two children and discovered there was no parking on-site. We had to park on the street and ensure the car was moved before 10:00 a.m. the next morning. While moving a car is not unusual, when traveling with children, having on-site parking and flexibility is important—especially since this was one of the reasons I chose this property. The accommodation itself was overall fine; however, the complete absence of human customer service was quite surprising. Arriving at 9:00 p.m. on a Sunday does not seem particularly late, yet access required calling a French phone number. While I personally have a French number, I felt uncomfortable thinking about international guests who may not and would still need to call a local number just to enter the property. If you are seeking comfort, flexibility, and customer service, this would not be the right place. If, on the other hand, you value privacy and minimal to no human interaction, this accommodation may suit you well. Thanks @solelynds

Overall the stay was pleasant.the only draw back was the inability to reduce the air conditiong in the room, which was set at an incredible 27.0C. Had to leave the window open!

Nice hotel in Nancy

Difficult to get the most appropriate address to drive to. The web site address is best, however, you have to park on the footpath and register before you can park. 5pm check in was an issue for us, had to drive outside city and wait 2 hours before being able to check in. Location was good, close to everything and easy walk to city centre. Again no ability to watch tv in english or screen mirror.

Nice stay, but no warm water

The property was clean and it looked like in the photos minus the bloom and bliss and flowers in the vase. What got me a bit uncomfortable was that the parking was not available anymore (so maybe ask in advance to keep you a spot - but there are parking lots not far away from the venue and I think they are cheaper) and no one asked for any identification. I just got there and was handed the key. That was it, no more info was given. It looked like the place was ran by smiling youngsters who don't bother much. When asking a question it felt like I was replied to in a fast way, yet friendly. Downsides: No bedsheet for the blankets for the couch and no warm water at all :( not even lukewarm.

No one is answering calls on duty phone.

No one is picking the front desk phone or the duty phone outside "strange" business hours. Which makes it impossible for guests arriving late to access any hotel premises. This was my case and I had to spend the first night in another hotel which caused additional spending.

Overall okay. Very nice area around it and close to the bus station. A few steps from bus that takes directly to the center. Disappointed by the cleanliness. The amount of dust gave us allergies and the bathroom seemed uncleaned as well as the kitchenette with cooking marks all over

Given a room overlooking a main thoroughfare. The thermostat on the wall was there for looks only as it did nothing to change the temperature. So, I had to either have a hot room or a noisy room. Desk staff had limited English skills. Exercise room needs a good cleaning.

Quick check in, lovely Reception staff, very clean foyer. Well equipped apartment, ok size but no air conditioning. The room was over 29 degrees each night. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable too. My son enjoyed the pool which was never overly busy. The hotel is in a great location for shopping and restaurants. There is also a grocery shop around the corner. I would stay again but maybe not in Summer because of the heat.
