Would like to stay again. Friendly staff with good service. Not far from SNCF station by walking with luggage. New and clean room. Quiet area, not many shops nearby but easy to walk to city center in 5 minutes.

If you are looking for a place that feels almost disconnected from human presence, this is it—there is no in-person check-in, as everything is handled by phone. It was not clearly communicated that arriving in the evening could mean having no parking available. After a five-hour drive, we arrived around 9:00 p.m. with two children and discovered there was no parking on-site. We had to park on the street and ensure the car was moved before 10:00 a.m. the next morning. While moving a car is not unusual, when traveling with children, having on-site parking and flexibility is important—especially since this was one of the reasons I chose this property. The accommodation itself was overall fine; however, the complete absence of human customer service was quite surprising. Arriving at 9:00 p.m. on a Sunday does not seem particularly late, yet access required calling a French phone number. While I personally have a French number, I felt uncomfortable thinking about international guests who may not and would still need to call a local number just to enter the property. If you are seeking comfort, flexibility, and customer service, this would not be the right place. If, on the other hand, you value privacy and minimal to no human interaction, this accommodation may suit you well. Thanks @solelynds

Well set up for a family break, the kitchen facilities worked well for us as a family. The best part of the hotel, is the heated indoor pool. Parking also is convenient, although, you have to pay first before being able to enter the parking.

chambre propre et spacieuse, le personnel sympathique et à l'ecoute, nous n'avons pas utilisé la salle de sport, quant à la cuisine les instruments ( 2 couteaux 2 fourchettes 2 cuillers etc...) étaient en quantité insuffisantes, cuisine bien equipée par ailleurs (plaques chauffantes, micro onde refrigerateur et lave vaisselle. egalement difficulté pour avoir une place de parking dans l'hotel. et aussi l'enseigne de l'hotel est située très haut sur la façade et on ne la voit pas en arrivant en voiture, assez ennuyeux après une longue route...

Bien situé et très confortable

Séjour de 3 jours avec ma fille. Appartement très agréable, piscine et sauna trop bien ! Cuisine aménagée avec le nécessaire pour petit déjeuner et repas rapide. A 10 minutes à pieds de l’hyper centre. Places de parking de l’hôtel limitées (12€/jour). Nous nous sommes garés dans les rués autour (8€/jour).

C’est notre endroit préféré avec mon mari et nos enfants. Permet d’avoir tous les services de manière autonome : parking, laverie, salle de sport, hammam, piscine, centre ville… Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le personnel est au top : les dames qui nettoient sont souriantes et disponibles ; Les dames à la réception sont réactives et efficaces. La responsable est à l’écoute et disponible. Le technicien est efficace et très discret : zéro bruit. Bravo la team

Bonjour Pour un hotel 4 étoiles j'ai le regret que nous avons déja trouvé beaucoup mieux. Pas papier toilette pendant 2 jours malgrés notre réclamation á l'accueil. Moquette pas aspiré "Morceaux de moquette éffiloché". Lit pas refait, serviettes pas changés. Pas d'accueil de bienvenue dans la chambre pour un soi disant un 4 étoiles. Mauvaise connection des chaines télévisé. Un petit déjeuné pour 16 euros qui n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur. Impossible d'avoir une de parking de l'hotel. Concernant toujours des réponses évasives. Aucun geste commercial fait à notre départ. Très très déçu, car nous comptions y revenir. Cordialement.

No one is answering calls on duty phone.

No one is picking the front desk phone or the duty phone outside "strange" business hours. Which makes it impossible for guests arriving late to access any hotel premises. This was my case and I had to spend the first night in another hotel which caused additional spending.
