Staff were great. Parking was easy and a very nice restaurant. It was very hot when we stayed and we had to have the windows open but theres a busy road outside which can make sleeping difficult

Our Stay

We have previously stayed at this hotel. We found the staff extremely courteous and friendly. The food was very good with a good variety of food available from the menu. Breakfast was good and caters for all dietary needs. Our room was at the rear of the stablishment and was quite quiet.The room was clean, tidy and comfortable.

All you need en route

Old hotel but newer accommodation wing. Good restaurant.r restaurant. Room was large and comfortable.Lovely to have a full size bathtub. Parking available.

Arrived and payed €30 tourist tax also €30 for breakfast for 2 adults. It wasn't the cleanest of rooms,bathroom had mold on ceiling, shower leaked water all over the floor, and no hot water throughout the whole hotel. Very basic place with poor hygiene standards. Checked out next day and found another hotel, where the tourist tax was only €3. Photos was taken

There is no 24 - hour desk, so I turned up at 2 pm just to pick up te key (room was paid for). Was not possible, but they ' would sent me a mail how to get in after 10 pm'. At 4.30 pm still no mail, so I started calling. Ater 6 calls still no mail (and by then my dinnerparty was starting). Was afraid I had nowhere to sleep, so I got my car out of the garage (breaking my fixed rate) and drove up there. (10 min by car). When I came in I heard ' it was just sent'. But when I opened my mail it turned out there were no entry instructions. They wanted a 100 euro deposit. Gave them the deposit after waiting about 20 minutes and drove back to my dinner party. I was furious, lost more that 1 hour and needed to engage in a new fixed amount for my car. But had I not done this, i had to sleep in my car...

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Das Hotel ist stark in die Jahre gekommen und überall war Staub – für Allergiker absolut ungeeignet. Das Bett war zwar sauber, aber die Atmosphäre kalt und ungemütlich. Zudem extrem hellhörig und durch die Lage an der Hauptstraße unerträglich laut – wir haben kaum 3 Stunden geschlafen. Beim Auschecken war außerdem kein Service bzw. kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Leider entsprach das Hotel überhaupt nicht den Bildern.

I booked a standard double - on arrival I was given a room key for a top foor room. There is no lift and the stairs are steep. The room was terrible - every surface was sticky, the bed ancient and I felt disgusting just being in there. After checking Expedia it stated they still had 3 deluxe rooms available so I went to ask at reception if i could upgrade. Suddenly nobody spoke English anymore and I had to communicate in my broken French. The lady first insisted she had no other rooms available and when I pointed out there were 3 left on Expedia she suddenly found one (upgrade payable which is ok, I guess) this room was in the newer annex and was nicer but it smelled terrible. We had the doors open for the whole stay but the smell would not go. We assume it was a mould smell as we both ended up with terrible headaches and barely any sleep. When we went to get breakfast another lady was there who insisted we did not book breakfast. She waved a hand written list in front of me showing there was no breakfast for us. She only spoke French. I had to open my booking on my phone to prove that we had indeed booked and paid for breakfast. I was so tired, headachey and having to argue to be given breakfast in French - I was close to tears at this point. Never again! Steer clear of this place!

A fuir !!! Les conditions d'hébergement étaient, en très grande majorité, inacceptables pour un hôtel affichant 3 étoiles. Sécurité (accès, électricité), ménage lamentable (dans la chambre et la salle de petit-déjeuner), décoration désuète et pas entretenue, matériel défectueux, insonorisation inexistante, pas de climatisation, literie à changer d'urgence. Le petit déjeuner est passable en termes de choix et les mesures d'hygiène interrogent (fromage et bacon pas au frais, distributeur de boissons chaudes cassé avec le lait apparent, tasses tachées de thé). Quant au restaurant, les prix sont exorbitants et les serveurs malpolis et méprisants. Séjour détestable.

Bon accueil, personnel performant. J'ai juste eu un problème de fuite dans la douche au niveau du robinet, l'hôtel étant plein j'ai pas pu avoir une autre chambre du coup on m'a donné des torchons pour attenuer le bruit. Le lendemain le robinet a été changé je n'avais plus de fuite pour la deuxième nuit. Par contre les chambres sont mal isolées on entend les autres prendre leur douche. Personnel au top merci.

Bon endroit. L'ouverture des portes de chambres et leur fermeture est difficile à maitriser, ce qui occasionne du bruit. Le personnel est charmant, la chambre relativement propre et bien équipée.

La chambre était très vétuste, le mobilier tout abîmé, mais ca limite ce n est pas important, juste un détail, Mais à notre arrivée des longs cheveux bruns un partout dans la sdb , dans la chambre, et même sur le lit?? Cela voulait dire que même pas un coup d aspirateur avait été donné. Et qd j ai ouvert le lit, les draps étaient salle au niveaux des pieds, poils ,cheveux, tâches. C est simplement honteux. Ma maison n est pas plus propre que les autres, mais on sait reconnaître si le minimum à été fait ou pas. Ce sont des critiques mais de vraies critiques. Et j espère que cela va vous faire réagir. Ou vous recevrez régulièrement ce genres de critiques. Expérience pour ma part très décevante.

Petit dej correct. chambre propre, morderne et spacieuse avec baignoire. Il y a avait juste un problème de fuite de la baignoire qui a "inondé" le sol de la SDB. Il y a un resto qui avait l'air bon. bien fréquenté. Prix ultra raisonnable.
