"Ce logement était excellent ! Le personnel est au top. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine a cause du temps et des travaux qu’il y avait, mais je recommande fortement cet établissement."

"Lovely spot to stay in tam Coc. Very friendly staff, nice facilities, good breakfast and tours on offer "

"Really sweet family, full of hospitality, wants the very best for their guests. Cozy rooms, the beds were a little hard though, but clean and tidy. The location is in a motorbike-bicycle distance from all the many attractions in the beautiful area. "

"Good location, but quiet. Friendly staff, laundry service available. Large room, Comfortable bed. Working Aircon, hot water but this runs out fast. Room had a strong air freshener smell when we arrived which we had to air out. Otherwise excellent value for money. "

"We had a fantastic 5-night stay. The private pool was awesome, the place was spotless, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They even prepared an early takeaway breakfast for us on our last day because we had an early departure, which was a lovely touch. The retreat was quiet and relaxing, while still being close to both Tam Coc and the Old Town. We’d definitely stay here again! 😊"

"Love this place. Perfect location for ninh binh trip."

"The owners are super nice and the location is the best to explore everything around"

"Had a wonderful stay. The friendliness of Thanh and his family is what stood out the most. The local excursions, the home-cooked meals, a refreshing dip in the pool after a hot day, and being greeted by their dog were other highlights. I especially enjoyed the bike ride through the rice fields."

"The family that runs this homestay is very warm and friendly. The room was big (surprising for Vietnam!), modern and clean. The best part for us was the view. The location is away from the main homestay areas (although very close to Hoa Lu and the Trang An Boat Ride entrance) as well as any shops. They have a decent food offering, we found it useful to supplement with eating in town and bringing...

"Very clean, very nice experience"

"Anh and the ninh binh palm homestay provided us with one of our most memorable stays in vietnam. Anh is fluent in english and more than willing to provide assistance in booking further transport or suggesting activities in the surrounding areas. We were able to hire a scooter from the homestay for a very fair price which helped us greatly. The room was very clean, the bathroom was perfect with high pressure hot water in the shower. I cant recommended this place highly enough and I am sure we...
