The architecture of the newer buildings (restaurant, coffee shop, tea house) is really nice and modern and fits wonderfully in with the rustic feel and look of the old tobacco barns. "The unit has a dining area, the bedroom and the bathroom are large. The big pond by the restaurant adds to the ambiance. Food items they have on menu are cheap but delicious. The owners are very helpful although they can only speak Thai. The only issue is that the location is away from the amenities of the city. "

"The room itself was okay, a basic standalone hut. It wasn’t by the river, which was unclear from the photos, and another couple had the same misunderstanding. But the elephants visiting in the morning absolutely made up for it — such a special experience."

"Horrible smell in room would not go away, smelled like an animal had died in or in adjacent room. Paid for two days of motorbike and had to return after one day because it was not suitable--hostesses only refunded part of one day."

"Great amenities, clean pool & gym. Awesome buffet breakfast. Not super close to downtown, but easy to get a grab. Close to a mall & night market. Honestly loved our stay and felt we got authentic thai experience here. "
