Rooms are large and great beds. We always choose Imperial Hotels and enjoy the Korat Imperial Hotel Parking is very good. Parking lot is secured. Breakfast has many choices Asian and Continental. When In Korat we stay at the Imperial Hotel and Convention Centre.

Local hotel not far from city centre.

Very quiet and pleasant stay. Staff all helpful. Local market and restaurant/bar close by. Would recommend to those not wanting to stay right in the city. Grab taxis very cheap to shopping centres.

From checking in to our nice clean, and wonderful King bed. Service was excellent. Great professional and friendly staff. Breakfast is always a highlight. Asian and Western food choices in abundance. Wonderfull egg station, rice soup, omelet and sunny side fried, and hard boiled eggs.

We stay at the Imperial Hotels where possible and admit that our favourite Imperial hotel is in Korat. We were looking to stay at the Imperial Hotel Hua Hin but unfortunately there is no room Nov 27-29! Thank you again and we will see again in the New Year 2025.

Everything was great except the pool

Loved the room and the staff. The bed was exceptional. Location was great. The swimming pool was a big disappointment. The water was green and full of bugs swimming in it. I was going for a swim there but decided against it. No other guests visited the pool either when I was there to observe it. Strange to let the pool be such a letdown when the rest is so good. Hope they fix this in the future, but I won’t be returning. If I pay for a pool and a pool is advertised, then I should get it.

No upgrade and the shower did not function

I did not get the upgrade to a superior room I was entitled too and had booked. The shower in the room did not function and there was a heavy scent of pesticides in the room. Otherwise everything was ok.
