「There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. 」

「Located at a quiet path in the old town, close to all sightseeing spots and restaurants. The hotel is nicely decorated with spacious and comfortable rooms. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, had a great stay there. The breakfast is excellent.」

「Beautiful Spa and pool. The gym was very well equipped. All staff were professional but with a lovely natural and friendly manner. As for the breakfast….the most amazing breakfast selection we have ever had during a hotel stay. We’d without a doubt stay again and recommend it highly to anyone considering Swissotel Tallinn. 」

「El hotel se encuentra algo alejado del centro aunque el autobús 5 te lleva en unos 20 minutos allí. El hotel está bien, habitación limpia, aunque necesita alguna reforma o actualización. No había enchufes en el baño, por ejemplo. El desayuno variado y abundante. Bien lugar para pasar unos días en Tallín」

「令人难忘的一次入住。这家酒店的位置非常好，位于老城的市政广场旁边。酒店很干净。特别是服务非常好。很热心。我们住了三天，非常愉快。因为该酒店是一座老建筑改造的，没有电梯。前台的一个小伙非常热心帮我们把行李搬上搬下累得满头大汗。我们非常感激他。强烈推荐该酒店。」

「房間安靜、寬敞乾淨舒適、地點近巴士站、早餐美味、性質比高，整體來說非常喜歡。但需注意，Hotels.com有列出「行李寄存」的服務，但實際上卻沒有這項服務喔！他們連行李房都沒有，如有需要這項服務的需考量一下，畢竟退房後若要再拖著大型行李去城區會超辛苦，因為離城區有一段距離。行李寄存應該是蠻基本的飯店服務項目，真心希望飯店增加此項服務。然後在增加此項目之前，先於各住房網站拿掉「提供行李寄存」服務，否則當場會有被騙的感覺。（至於我當天是有遇到非常好心的服務人員，有借我放一下櫃檯後方，使我免於拖行李箱去城區之苦，真的非常感謝。」
