I showed up at Ash White hotel on the day of my reservation and they notified me that they would not let me check in to the hotel because Expedia does not pay them and that I needed to talk to Expedia about getting a refund. So I was unable to use the room. When I contacted Expedia about a refund they contacted Ash White Hotel and the hotel told them they would not give a refund to my reservation because it was against their policy. This hotel is a SCAM stay away. They will deny your ability to check in and then will still take your money. Expedia will not help resolve this.

Excellent Customer Service

My stay was amazing...excellent customer service...bravos to Mike, Lilian and Gilbert the general manager..this wonderful guys made my stay a memorable fun one...i recommend this hotel...the location is a bit rough because its in their City Center but its has a very good security and with the services you get from the staff will make you forget about the location.
