「The location is great and they keep the hotel. Very nice. The breakfast was excellent…staff warm and friendly. My only complaints where they don’t offer any conditioner in the amenities and reaching the operator was tricky when needing assistance.」
「The place was great. We only stayed one night but it was perfect. We booked the basic room. We were 4 people, 2 adults and 2 kids.
Upon arrival the reception person checking us in was super nice and informed us that they have upgraded us to the family villa which includes a private pool. It was unexpected as we did not even request an upgrade.
This made the kids so happy, upon entering the room they got so excited when they saw the pool, they started jumping up and down of excitement.
The hotel...
「Excellent place, And the view from the room was wow.
Only problem was , in the shower , suddenly came hot hot hot water, that really burn me. Then Cold cold cold water after.
This was uncomfortable at all.
All the rest was amazing. Highly recommended」
「A great Hotel for adults only (16+) so super quiet and chill. Rooms and facilities like pool and sauna were excellent. Location is awesome- there's a lot of nature around and also only 10-15 mins away from Haifa. A great spot for a quick weekend getaway!」
「Beautiful hotel with best location where a lot of restaurants around. Very helpful staff. We arrived in Haifa and day after was Yom Kippur, Mr Yaniv working at the hotel helped us to get a taxi take us from Haifa to Jerusalem. Very appreciate their help and will definitely come to stay with the same hotel when visiting the beautiful city of Haifa.」
