Hotel was clean and convenient to the city. I’ve stayed there several times and have always enjoyed it. Staff is always nice and friendly, would not hesitate to go there again. My issue is that I can’t get in contact with anyone about my refund and receipt. I had to leave because of the war and have not been able to contact anyone.

The staff is super friendly and the room is big But Its very very dirty. Sheets are not being changed just picked up from floor back to bed. Dishes in room are not throughly washed, stains from yesterdays coffee will remain on the cups the next day. The fridge was dirty and with someone elses old milk when we arrived to room . The breakfast room is also unsanitary, the mineral water stand is super dirty with what seems to be rust and mold on it and the smell in the dining room is one day normal and the other day terrible - maybe from the outside but unsure. Also the hotel is NOT beachfront, its a driving distance.

So disappointed

I had such a bad experience. The room didn’t look as at the pictures. In fact it is really old and worn out. The staff were unresponsive and unfriendly. Taxi apps don’t work in Nahariya. And there was no one at the reception when I had to get a taxi at 6:30 am and no one replied on the phone. The people who work in the kitchen were eating some crazy dessert they brought from outside of the hotel at the breakfast tables designated for guests and refused to make an omelette for me cause it was 10 minutes past the time when the breakfast was over. They were quiet rude with me. I felt like I was visiting a mean aunty and shouldn’t bother her and her friends. Whereas I was paying relatively a bunch of money for this experience. There was a really bad smell in the corridor on the second floor. The room was not very clean, As for the toiletries essentials - they didn’t have no conditioner and no body lotion, no dental kits, bath robes, nothing extra at all. There were two lonely bottles in the bathroom- shampoo & body wash. The cheapest ever products. I wouldn’t recommend to stay at this place.

Not going back there

We arrived at the reception desk, to an unpleasant check in. The room was NOT clean. Low maintenance of the room. Towels were grey instead of white. And it is located on main rode that is very noisy.

The room was super spacious. Everything was very clean. I was impressed with the comfort of the bed too! I think this was my best hotel stay yet.

Very convenient, easy to get to places in area. Helpful staff and easy check in and check out. We asked for new sheets because the ones in the room were dirty and we were brought them right away and they offered to put it on the bed themselves. Definitely getting what you pay for, paint coming off wall, tv not working, but for a weekend stay in the area it was great.

This hotel does not have the basic amenities, I even had to ask for a hairdryer and they did not have a working iron. The place looks unfinished, very ugly and empty.

A nice stay in Nahariya

Very nice hotel. We stayed there one night as part of a trip to the north, service was excellent, and the rooms were cosy and quiet. Breakfast is excellent! Great location, it is located in the centre of Nahariya, near the train station.

Very nice hotel. Excellent facility and location. Special mention to Shimon at the front desk. He helped us with every needs we had during our stay with excellent attitude and communication in english. I would definitely recommend the hotel.
