"A bit confusing what they offer as to what you get. In the descriptions of the hotel Mountain View vs. Riverview don't quite equate, there are mountains everywhere. The restaurant is overpriced and quite possibly some of the worst service around. the wait staff was nice but food service extremely slow. 50 rupees for a water??? "We really loved our stay in Span resorts; its a beautiful, tranquil set on the outskirts of Manali in the Naggar area, away from hustle and bustle from tourists. Great for a family with small kids as there are a lot of open spaces and a playing area. The river side view is just stunning and the USP of this property. Many people have shared negative feedbacks about the rooms and service but we found them to be top-notch "
