the hotel rooms are good but the lighting especially in the bathrooms are awful. Breakfast was good and I wish folks stop using their phones when they are in the service industry. It just makes it so challenging to get their attention.

I stayed in this hotel many times. The staff are friendly and rooms are of good size and the breakfast is good. But the room I stayed didn't have a mirror in the bathroom and didn't have the mini-fridge. Other than that, it was all good.

I stayed at Sahana Castle three times this year and my stay was always convenient and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are nice, and the food at the Chettinad restaurant is great. It's also located opposite to the bus terminal which makes it easy for reaching other places.

Room:no 314: 2 lights out of 4, not working ,room seemed dark. Bathroom: seemed dark with 1 light. Sink was leaking. Lot of mosquitoes in the room. Tiny roach. When we checked in the doorman did not offer to carry our bags inside even for senior citizens. For foreign tourists may not feel satisfaction at this place.

This is my third or fourth stay at the hotel and it's convenient as usual. But, I didn't get any wi-fi in the room I stayed which affected by daily routine (as I had to login from my laptop.) The hotel staff checked and found that the signal was there up to the door and not inside the room.
