"Pesima recepcion para cenar en el restaurant. La dama nos trató de forma muy irrespetuosa y poco amigable. Ocupamos la habitacion 209, durante toda noche había un ruido (golpes de maquinarias) en la habitación contigua. Era la sala de máquinas. Hice el reclamo pero la dama de la recepción mostrando ninguna empatia con nosotros, restó importancia al ruido diciendo que el ruido provenía del sistema de bombeo de agua y que no tenía importancia. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. We received 4 hours free entrance to the thermal park which was also very nice and clean. Breakfast was so delicious. Kids could also use indoor kid zone. That was so beautiful wooden playground. Kids loved that! "

"Excellently located hotel with great facilities. The rooftop bar serves a great selection of seafood. Also meat options are available. Rooms are spacious but a little on the dark side. The view across the Drava more than makes up it though. Breakfast is served in the Rooftop bar too , which makes the whole dinning experience very enjoyable. "

"Being there at a heatwave in Styria, this was a gem as it has air-condition in the rooms which was so fantastic. Also not cheap ones, these were from Daikin, very efficient and quiet. Price is absolutely ok, room has all you need, all pretty new and nice, more modern than traditional Austrian style. Room has also a balcony, quite nice to sit outside and enjoy a drink. Regarding beverages, there is a very convenient beverage vending machine, that includes wine and beer, everything reasonable priced, payable with touch credit card. Check-in was very easy, there is a touch screen at entrance (multiple language options) and once I did input my name, all details came up as booked with Expedia, confirmed it and then two room cards came out of the slot - and that’s it! Super easy, no fuss at all. Checkout is just to put the room cards into the checkout box, again easy and convenient. "
