This was a pleasant hotel once we found it! If you put in Simonosekiosakaya into any maps or uber app to get a taxi it does not recognise it. The name of the hotel is Osakaya so please use that when searching- although that also did not work on some apps so we had to find it on the map ourselves. This spoilt our first day and we wasted nearly an hour! Lovely views from our spacious room

When we arrived to check in at the hotel, there was already a different customer in the room. When we went back to the main lobby, we had to wait in the lobby for over an hour before the staff got us a room. They did not provide updates either. They just asked us to wait. Any update they did provide to us was provided in Japanese and they clearly knew that I could not understand Japanese. Overall, the staff worked urgently to fix the issue, but it was not clear what they were doing and it was frustrating. The staff simply apologized, but did not provide any complimentary service for our inconvenience. The room was fine, but the wait was much too long.

GWに利用しました。 設備自体は古かったが、きちんと整備されていて、お部屋もとても清潔で快適でした。 エアコンが全体で統一らしくこの時期は暖房しかつかなかったので、暑い時は窓を開けてくださいと言われたので、ずっと窓を開けてました。まぁ、それでちょうどいい感じでした。 唐戸市場まで歩いて行ける距離なので、立地的にはとてもいいと思います。 また、利用したいと思います。

조용한 동네에 있고 시모노세키역에서 버스를 타고 10분 남짓 (배차간격 짧습니다) 입니다. 가라토시장과 모지코로 가는 페리도 가깝고, 주변에 편의점은 없으나 맥스밸류 슈퍼가 있어 식비를 아끼기도 좋습니다. 객실도 깨끗했지만 무엇보다 직원분들이 다들 너무 상냥하십니다! 웬만한 5성급 호텔의 컨시어지 서비스보다 더
