The Rrx was within easy walking distance to the waterfront and fortress. Roomy lobby with a well-stocked breakfast buffet. Easy parking on the street right outside.

Great value with perfect location just a few streets away from Old Nafplion. Breakfast and overall service were excellent. No on-site parking, but we never had a problem parking on the street within a block of the hotel. Would definitely return on a future trip to the Peleponnese!

Although it was just one night it was a lovely stay. Huge room with high ceilings. We had a coffee in the morning on the balcony, lovely breakfast and a short walk into the port and shops and restaurants.

The Rex hotel is in a good location to the old town. Easy walk to everything. We were always able to find parking on the street in front of the hotel so we didn’t have to park in the marina, which looked very crowded. This is an older hotel, but is well kept up and clean. Classy. The check-in staff and the breakfast staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was good. Beds are comfortable and we had a quiet sleep even though we had a room facing the main street. We would stay here again.

Convenient location. Street parking and walkable to waterfront and town. Breakfast was nice. Room smelled of cigarettes and we needed to leave the window open all night. Room was small but serviceable. No extras, not even drinking glasses other than the tiny glasses in the minibar. Housekeeping was minimal, did not remove dirty coffee cups we brought up from breakfast for 2 days. We were in Greece for several weeks. The hospitality we were shown elsewhere (in the same or lower price range) was missing here.

A classical style hotel, well located.

A nice classical style hotel. Review for winter months so might not apply to high season. Breakfast was normal, would not call it great in variety. A 3 out of 5 there. The triple room was very spacious and the beds confortable. Mind that the description of some rooms says seaview but the hotel is perpendicular to the sea, so you have to be on the balcony if you want to peek out at a bit of water. Not important for us, but not a fair room describer. If you want a room with a sea view out the window this hotel might not be what you are looking for. The hotel is well located within Nafplio. There is free street parking, and we managed to always find a space close by. Again might not be so easy in high season, but no complains from us there. All in all a pleasant experience.

Nice place to spend a couple of days in Nafplio. Easy to find parking in the street close to the hotel or even directly in front of it. Everything is within walking distance. Employees are very kind and helpful.

The hotel is on the other side of Nafplio away from the center and water front. The hotel is old and has a weird smell. It needs to be renovated. There are no amenities at the hotel and parking is difficult to find. Our kids tried the free breakfast and they didn’t care for it. The beds were not comfortable at all. The furniture is old and non functional. What we paid for the hotel was too much!
