Staff was excellent and helpful. Room was as expected with size, but when booked as a double I should not have to ask for a second towel and pillow. Also the room did not smell good, though it appeared clean.

the bed high up in the loft was such a challenge to climb in for all the people, even for teenagers, no way for adults. Interesting but too challenge. Sorry, that's the truth.
