Beautiful Hotel Mercure Rif Nador

Beautiful reception area with lovely views. Excellent receptionists very helpful. Secure parking area. The room was large and comfortable with great balcony. Very comfortable bed lovely linens and towels. All areas very clean. I would love to return to Hotel Mercure Rif Nador.

Das Personal ist überhaupt nicht professionell, alle geben bei Anfragen Widersprüchliche Informationen. Das Hotel will für jede noch zu kleine Sache gebühren verlangen. Es wird deutliche Unterschiede zwischen Gäste gemacht! Für den Preis ist das Zimmer auch überhaupt nicht qualitativ, finde man darf mehr erwarten! Leistungen die man bekommen sollte bekommt man nur nach langen hin und her diskutieren. Jeder meint hier der Manager zu sein, wenn man einen verlangt. Ganzes Hotel besteht aus „Manager“ aber keiner ist in der Lage was zu klären. Keiner hat Lust auf sein Job man wird als Gast zur 10 Tsd. Anderen Menschen verweisen obwohl es Job der Rezeption alles zu klären.

Hotel kein Stern wert. Mehr Schein als Sein. Trotz Halbpension sollten wir für unsere 6-jährige Tochter das Essen zahlen. Im Restaurant werden Gerichte serviert und in Rechnung gestellt, die nicht bestellt wurden. Reine Katastrophe! Vom Appartement Bereich gibt es keinen direkten Zugang zur Rezeption oder Restaurant. Man muss durch die Tiefgarage, um von außen in das Hauptgebäude zu gelangen. Einfach nur gruselig, da noch vieles geschlossen ist aufgrund von Baustelle. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!

Le séjour c est très bien passé dans l ensemble, restaurant petit déjeuner très bien. Mais on nous a fait payer pour la piscine couverte en nous laissant croire que c'était privé alors que non. Du coup on a du quitter les lieux au bout de 5 mn...

C était super! Le personnel est super gentil, aux petits soins. On vous prépare et vous sert le café au petit déjeuner, on vous tient la porte quand vous la franchissez et toujours avec un grand sourire. C’est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons ici et nous comptons bien réserver à cet endroit à nouveau. Les chambres sont très propres et la vue est magnifique
