"Everything was more than expected. Great location right next door to the Hacienda Bar. Excellent quality food, superb staff and top customer service. We want to especially thank Danilo, Carlos and Renan for their utmost care. We had a very comfy and clean room. The hotel and restaurant were very lovely with unique decor. It was a great place to chill, listen to live music and dine in. The main reason for staying here again and recommending this hotel is because of extraordinary customer care and hospitality. One of the best places we’ve stayed in. We were safe around the neighborhood and felt welcomed here unlike other places in Dublin. This place will not disappoint. I highly recommend this hidden gem. "

"We stayed for two nights in a Townhouse room, which is in a separate building from the hotel. The staff was excellent - very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The hotel is beautifully appointed. The location is close enough to activities but quiet and peaceful. The room was small but very comfortable and the shower was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again."

"Dirty rooms and bathrooms, additionally it was like a sauna in there. The window only opens a crack which doesn’t help. Staff was difficult to understand (I speak English) and security very rude. The common area was decent but nobody really uses it. Don’t cheap out just get a hotel room. "

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the room compact but had everything we needed, including tea and coffee making facilities. The bed was really comfortable. The continental breakfast buffet was good, and the staff were welcoming."

"The food was horrible, It was way too busy in the evening for the hotel guests to sit anywhere, we had to go up to our room to actually sit down and have a drink. They only give you one room Key. Wasn’t a good experience. "
