"Our (2 adults, 1 child) stay at Maneechan was lovely, a very large resort in Chanthaburi. Excellent breakfast with Thai, Chinese and Western options including a great coffee. The pool is wonderful for children, however loud music is played from about midday on, and the rooms are not soundproofed, so not very relaxing either by the pool or in your room. Very clean and large rooms."

Deshalb konnte man Balkontür nachts getrost offenlassen. 24Std Zugang zu Kaffee, Tee, Ovomaltine. In der Nähe tolle Restaurants mit beispielsweise Spezialität Ente oder Hot Pot vietnamesisch. Die Altstadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders hübsch entlang des Flusses mit kleinen hippen, einheimischen Kneipen. Es wird kaum Englisch gesprochen, aber auch das macht ja den Reiz des Reisens aus. "Although we enjoyed our stay here the overall impression of the hotel is that it really needs updating. The rooms were tired, with many issues such as dated curtains that were either open or closed. As we had a ground floor beach front villa this gave little/no privacy if the curtains were open. Net type curtains in the main bedroom at least would have improved this. The air-conditioning, although worked well, broke down whilst we were staying and leaked lots of water onto the bedroom...
