It's brand new
So the taxi drivers can't find it. Opposite Govt. Guest house north doesn't work. Next to JP Palace is better- incidentally the buffet dinner there on the terrace is wonderful whilst the Samudra restaurant is empty and judging by breakfast with good reason.
Hot water is intermittent- the hotel was empty but apparently hot water runs out when too many people want to take a shower.
The internet is a pain. You have to re sign in every time you close down- and then play around with room numbers: in my case 103 (' try 102 or maybe 125).
But the room is lovely though mine looked onto a brick wall.
For the money in a good location it was good value
