The office is only open from 9-5 Mon -Fri. There is no one to speak to about any issues. Dishwasher and oven did not work. The condo was not clean.

The place was filthy. They didn't tell us also that they were digging up the parking lots by our condo. We had to park a 1/4 mile away. Dragging suitcases and groceries through the grass and mud. We called the management company and they had no idea of the parking conditions or the condition of the place.

Nice location but needs Improvement

1st of all, this was a 3rd floor unit with no elevator. I had no idea. Bringing up 3 suitcases and additional bags, etc. was a nightmare. Then we had to bring them down QUIETLY at 5am when we left. NOT an easy task, especially since I have a bad knee. Also, HALF of the outlets didn't work, same with lights, and the ones that did work were really dim. There was even a light fixture missing in the ceiling with all the wires just hanging out. Could not figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan in the living room either. The shower in the guest bathroom was a literal TRICKLE. That shower head had to be 50 years old and so flimsy I couldn't even get the trickle to come out into the shower a bit. No water pressure in it. Awful. A cleaning fee was automatically added, but we were asked to take out the garbage and run the dishwasher. I mean I get it, but there is no dumpster by the unit and I didn't want to put garbage in my car. The carpets are in desperate need of a shampoo too. I will say that the location was very convenient, the unit was spacious and comfortable, and you cannot beat the view (golf course) from the screened in balcony. And the ladies at the check in office were very friendly and informative. But I'll never rent a unit on the 3rd floor again if there is no elevator.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at River Oaks. After a quick trip to the store to stock up on essentials (you are staying at a residence, read: bring toilet paper and dish soap!) we could not have asked for a better location. Not looking for a beach vacation, we had the comforts of home but close to tourist activities, restaurants, shopping, etc. Though not fancy, it was comfortable and we had everything we needed: multiple pools, full kitchen, plenty of sleeping room. I would stay here again when visiting Myrtle Beach!

Fantastic

Beautiful condo with all the amenities of home. Condo we booked wasn’t available so they upgraded us to a bigger one. We would without a doubt stay here again and plan on doing so!

Clean room Horrible WiFi

The room was clean but I didn't like it didn't have a curtain on the back door and window. I feel that should be in the description of the room. We have an autistic son and we could sleep so we put up a blanket on the wall. Also the internet was horrible. There wasn't any cable in the guest bedroom.

Great for a large family.

We're a family of 6 so finding a place big enough is a challenge. This place was was perfect and provided us with the comfort and space we needed. Very centrally located. All the attractions and shopping were close by. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We love Palmetto Rentals

The staff at Palmetti Vacation Rentals was absolutely amazing. They helped us out so much after a long hard road trip. Ashley and Meghan are amazing and were willing to help us out immediately. We loved our condo and will definitely use these guys again.

Spacious and convenient

We rented a 2 bdrm condo, they gave us a 3bdrm, which was super spacious. View of golf course was incredible. Condo had everything one could need, except for a box of tissues. The toaster looked like someone dropped it lol, but we never cooked anything. Parking was scarce if we came back at night. One of the tubs spouts was disconnected from the wall, looks like someone tried to use caulking to attach it, which didn't work. There were plenty of towels, which is a plus for my family. Location was perfect. 5 minutes from my mom, 15 minutes from my brother, and 15 minutes from the beach. The only inconvenience was the property mgmt company (to check in/out) was also 15 minutes away. But, we would definitely stay here again, especially in our unit (bldg 12, #301)

Did not get exactly what we ordered.

This was a nice condo. It was close to everything. The only issue we had was that we ordered a king size mattress in one room, two twins in the second bedroom and a pull out sofa sleeper in the living room. We ended up getting a queen in the master bedroom, one full and one twin in the second bedroom and no sleeper sofa. It was fine because there was only five of us, but what if there were six? The unit was very clean and well maintained. Decent water pressure in the shower unless someone flushed the toilet or was taking a shower in the other bathroom. Overall we had a great stay here and I would use them again.

Great choice for CCMF stay in Myrtle Beach. Love the convenience of a condo for the weekend! Had everything we needed - very well stocked. Only difficulty was that we were on the second floor and no elevator so bringin up stuff was tough.

Not Very Good.

Well first and foremost the staff at Palmetto Vacation Rentals was friendly enough. The accomadations however, were not up to par. The venue at Rivers Oaks was not like I saw online, I thought there would be reasonable accomadations for elderly and handicapped, which was not the case. there were no elavators or ramps throughout property. I booked 2 rooms that they said would be together and that was not the case both rooms were on the 3rd floor and on different sides of the property. when I asked about thes dicrepencies, they offered to move to a different property but I would have to pay the additional cost. which I did because I was in a pickle. I did feel that I shouldn't have had to pay additionally or refunded some of my stay as I was not satisfied in the beginning. will not be using them again. Not Very Good

Enjoyed the place. Didn't like the fact that they didn't tell you what building your room is in. Just the fact of world tour 202, wasnt enough when there are six buildings with the same room number.

Horrible beds, suprise bill

Short on time so I will make this quick. Keys were not in box for after hours. After wait in the rain was given an upgrade. Next morningwent to pay and they said I owed $160more than expedia because of cleaning fees, but I was not. Going to let that fly. Will never stay again. Roach in master. Beds are the worst, but condo was very spacious.
