So for the price it was okay. Did not have a single issue until the last day. So we extended our stay by one day and we thought our check out date was the 12th. Well it wasn’t, it was the 11th, it was my mistake. I’ll take 100% accountability that the date mix up was on me, now let’s get to my frustration with Midtown, I asked for one extra day, I was not met with “I’ll see what I can do” or “let us see what open”. What I heard was a woman YELLING “THERE IS A THREE DAY MINIMUM AND WE ARE BOOKED SO NO”. Again I take responsibility for messing the days up but keep in mind we had stayed 6 days. I’m not mad at them because I know they’re a business and people are planning stays left and right but just a little empathy or something like that, not YELLING at me through the phone.
