I am a frequent guest at this property, and I have always had a pleasant experience with the staff. However, my most recent stay was quite the opposite. I was next to a room with four dogs that barked almost throughout my stay, creating the atmosphere of a dog kennel. I contacted the property to express my concern, but they said there was nothing they could do for me—not even offer to change my room. To support my complaint, I included three audio recordings as evidence, so there was no question that my concerns were valid. Their only suggestion was to call law enforcement.
I believe there were numerous ways they could have addressed the situation, but they completely disregarded my issue. Although I do not expect to be treated differently from other guests, I do expect to be treated with respect, especially as a frequent visitor. I now question whether I will return to the property.
