Room has water damage to roof and doors have gist sized holes in the that are just painted over microwave nasty and beds both have bed bugs can see them crawling around on the bathroom floor if you wait in there long enough and blood on the bed sheets after sleeping till the next morning when staff was told they didn’t care like they didn’t know what I was talking about or did and just didn’t care about the problem both beds have water proof covers for bed bugs to be trapped in but they aren’t fully on the beds and the bugs can get out horrible room and now I have to deal with getting rid of these bugs before getting any of my luggage or clothing back home so I don’t carry them with me never staying here again

NEVER stay here! Unsafe. Unclean. Below sub par.
The “clean air” blowing into the room- also home to variety of bugs.

Beautiful view, great price, Ocean Front and clean rooms. I did ask for towels twice at the front desk and she said they qould bring them to us....never did. 5 days you definitely need a clean towel. Everything else was great.

The staff were amazing. Overworked and without nearly enough staff to cover two properties, the two ladies at check-in were kind and helpful. That being said, the room was in desperate need of a scrubbing, The phone was filthy, had no cord, and despite the fact we didn’t need a phone in the room, it’s definitely a sign of how bad things really were. There is no elevator, no hangers, a fairly sizable step into the room that we both tripped on at some point, and the air conditioning blasted so loudly 24/7 that we couldn’t hear each other. You also have to check in at the property next door and there are no luggage carts, but since there’s no elevator they’d be essentially useless anyway. The beds were really uncomfortable, you can feel the springs in any position, and despite following all the directions about the TV, it never worked. Staff was amazing. Property is clearly owned and operated by someone who stopped caring a long time ago. I didn’t take pictures because we basically didn’t want to be in the room any longer than we had to be. Will not be returning.

The location was great! The room was bad! Shower leaked into the floor every shower. Had to wait 5 mins for hot water every shower. Only gave us 4 towels and when asked for more was told no on second day. The third day was told for ME to bring dirty towels to the office to get clean ones. Also had to go to the office for more toilet paper. The staff did nothing! The pool cleaner was so rude. Pool opens at 9am and he was cleaning at 945 and I was ordered to leave pool. Rooms very outdated, not worth the price to stay there. Will never tell anyone to visit this location.

room was not as many beds at we were told on listing. portable air conditioners did not work & one leaked water the whole time we were there. room was not super clean but not dirty, would not stay again but it wasn’t a terrible experience but could have been better. staff was friendly!

Common areas are not well-maintained. Filthy appearance from the parking lot to the stairs, the walls, and balconies. AC unit filters need to be replaced or cleaned. Beds, sink, and bathrooms were the only clean things I could remember. There was an extremely filthy accent chair in my room that I avoid to look at or use. Definitely not worth the price! This hotel falls in the range of $50 per night.

AWFUL! PEOPLE STAY AWAY! am travelling around US, and checked in at 3pm to have some sleep , and couldn't stay in the room the neighbor played music really loud couldn't sleep, had to leave, and STAYED OUTSIDE, I came back at 8 they still have music really loud, now 9:35pm can't stay in the room music is loud. I wrote the manager, NO ANSWER! THE WORST hotel in my life
