The elevators were slow and old, some of them were out of service. Parking deck was dirty and not well lit. Room was clean and amenities were available, which was very nice. Enjoyed our stay even though the elevators were awful.

Had to go to another office to check in once we got to the building. There was no place to park to unload your car. The Elevator and hallways were dirty and wet. The unit smelled musty and dirty. The couch had white stains all over it.

The property was very spacious. Loved the oceanfront scenery. I was a little concerned with the outdated look of the furniture online but my perception changed once I saw the condo in person. The floor, balconies, two baths and two bedrooms was excellent for my family’s mini vacation. I would highly recommend!

Noisy fan all night the damper slaps, building says thats what it does, so you have to run the fan all night. TV didn't work, sent guy and confirmed it did not work. The shower, it sounded like a machine gun the whole time you showered all throughout the place. And

The view from balcony was amazing. The room size was misrepresented by the photos. Under the bed was very dirty and the furniture in room needed dusting. Balcony had bird droppings on one end. Definitely would not stay in this unit again.

We were fine with the check in process at a nearby realty company, even through there was only an hour & half window in which to arrive. The property was nice, elevators were slow, and parking is a block away. Someone had the code to our room & proceeded to try to break in at 1:30 am the night before we left. If we didn't have the latch inside done, they would have gotten in. I called the company & was brushed off when I stated that I wasn't interested in anything other than letting them know for safety reasons. We will NEVER stay with this company again. I'm not so sure that security codes are changed. We felt extremely unsafe and will not be returning.
