「Property looks great, but when checking in receptionist unpleasant. Wi-Fi/internet does not work at all, can not even find the connection. Room was VERY CLEAN, staff at housekeeping and breakfast very wonderful with a greeting and a smile. The dirt/rock road to get to our room was nasty and uncalled for when everything else was well maintained, I think it was the receptionist at check in that was unpleasant, rude and unprofessional, her name starts with an A. They could also do something about...

「The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. A different experience of village house. However the wifi was very bad. The curtain inside the room cannot be closed fully to make the room dark. The place we stayed was different from the reception and restaurants.」

「Great property in great location. Beach only 2 minutes walk, and we went for a dip every evening when the sun set. You can also do yoga etc in the garden with amazing views. The house is well equipped (we regularly cooked), internet is fast, and the communication with the property management team was superb! Having dinner and drinks on the patio by the pool was great. 「Lithoessa Traditional Rooms are delightful in themselves, and in a lovely situation (the walk up the very steep hill from the beach and little shop a very good bonus for the health - no need for a gym!). There was apparently a mix up with the reservation and the hotel was locked because it was off season.
