Amazing resort with everything available. Service was spectacular. We were upgraded to a Villa & it was gorgeous! We had our own private pool! Main pool & 2 private beaches were perfect! We had dinner at Elia a couple of times & food was delicious, service was superb! Highly recommend a stay!

This was the resort we needed to kick-start our honeymoon the right way. They have it all, golf-buggy door service, multiple pools, day beds and sun beds, cocktails by the pool, multiple restaurants and bars, buffet breakfast. It was a great hotel, lovely and clean. Well presented and great food and friendly staff. Would definitely visit again. Staff were very accommodating given it was our honeymoon. Although child friendly it was very much almost all adults and the few children and young people around were not disruptive. Some small details could do with touch ups plaster cracked, flaking, cracked steps etc

Lovely hotel, in a stunning beachfront location, with a private beach. Wonderfully attentive staff throughout the hotel, in particular Anna who worked around the pool, and in the restaurant in the evenings was fabulous. The buffet options in the main restaurant were pretty good for breakfast and dinner. And the other restaurants - which you pay extra for, had truly delicious food.. in all of them as. Despite the hotel being full, it never felt busy. Evening entertainment could be better, the singer we saw a couple of times unfortunately was not the best. All in all a fantastic stay!

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The views, food, staff, and amenities were all exceptional. We only stayed for a few days and did not get an opportunity to experience everything the hotel has to offer. We will definitely return for a longer stay.

The food was excellent with plenty of choice. Both hot and cold options were available and varied each day. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I had no negative experiences here, the accommodation was as described and extremely comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

100% recommend!

Beautiful hotel, staff are so friendly and helpful. Facilities great, hotel feel is laid back and luxurious but not fussy. Very clean and beautifully kept grounds. Location is great 30 minute walk to beautiful little town Panormo which has plenty restaurants, bars and a few shops. 30 minute drive into the city of Rethymno. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxed base to explore Crete, we stayed for 1 week and felt we could have easily stayed another few days.

Overall, this was an absolutely lovely experience in Greece. The staff were superb!!! We love Anastasia, guest relations manager!!! All the staff were Especially attentive to our 2 yr old son. The resort was clean, food was great and the atmosphere relaxing. We’d go back.

Perfect holiday stay

Fantastic staff! They had such a good sports program, Irini did a really good job. Service in all Restaurants was really really good. Super friendly and always helpful. Thanks to Liliana and her colleagues who always made sure I feel well. Fantastic spa and treatments. Well equipped gym. All in all an amazing hotel. Modern and well maintained.
