Sheets and towels were scratchy, not soft. The coffee maker in the room did not work. The pillows had no neck support. The shower head did not have a strong spray and the hand held spray was worthless with spray power. They had a spider in the bathroom on the ceiling, too high for me to reach. On a good note it was quiet, great breakfast, and the bathtub was big for a comfortable bath.

Great location, very quiet, excellent amenities in the hotel, clean and tidy, friendly and helpful staff. Could do with longer parking offered to till next morning rather than 8am but other than that it was excellent to stay here. Breakfast is also offered here.

Disappointed in both the hotel and hotels.com
They never sent a confirmation email with the code for the mailbox (I was told that was a Hotels.com/Expedia problem as they sent them a useless email to get a hold of me. When we arrived we could not get into the hotel. If not for a very helpful hotel guest who called for us as our US phones could not dial the German phone number on the door. We got a code/then the key and went to our room only to find 1 king bed instead of the 3 twins we booked. They had given us the wrong room. Two of us slept on the floor and also only had 2 towels for the morning.

Check in mit Safe und Zahlencode für die Schlüssel am Eingang easy und bequem. Kommunikation darüber im Vorfeld sehr gut. die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet mit Wasserkocher und Mini Kühlschrank. Badezimmer geräumig mit riesengroßen Spiegeln. Es steht sogar eine kleine Flasche Wasser bereit und ein Teebeutel und Zucker. Das Einzelzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet. frühstück für 9,90 € hinzu zu buchen. Es gab eine sehr gute Auswahl an süßen und herzhaften Sachen. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und in der näheren Umgebung ist kaum Gastro zu finden, mit dem Auto mobil zu sein macht schon Sinn.
Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Preisleistung sehr fair.

Wir haben uns für dieses Hotel entschieden, da wir den Freizeitpark Plohn besuchen wollten.
Frühstück - individuelle Zusammenstellung statt Buffet wegen geringer Auslastung (nicht in Anspruch genommen).
Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Umgebung vorhanden - Vorsicht vor dem Hotel - tagsüber nur 2 Stunden erlaubt.
Zimmer - direkt ein fremdes Haar an der Duschtür gefunden, Schmutz in einigen Ecken sowie unter dem Bett.
Keine separaten Seifenspender - einer für Waschbecken sowie Dusche.
Keine Klimaanlage, nur ein Ventilator.
Das Hotel wollte uns den Betrag, der vorab an Hotels.com/Expedia überwiesen wurde, nochmals in Rechnung stellen - das Problem konnte zum Glück in Absprache mit der Hotline schnell gelöst werden. Jedoch am Abreisetag einige Zeit verloren, da wir uns selbst darum kümmern mussten.

Ein wirklich süßes Hotel für eine Nacht. Die Zimmer sind groß, hell, sauber und modern. Das Bad ist schön groß. Frühstück war gut. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen. Gleich um die Ecke kann man einkaufen gehen und Mcces ist auch in der Nähe ;)
