We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, as everything in Mykonos is only about 15 minutes away by car. The room was comfortable and clean, and having breakfast served in the room was such a thoughtful service. The host was very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended!

Amazing stay. Only stayed for one night but gladly would have stayed for more if time allowed. Christos was so welcoming and accommodating from everything to helping organize food delivery and taxi rides. Highly recommend!

Un endroit magnifique et mémorable

Plein de charme et disposons d’une vue magnifique entre terre et mer, la résidence Yakinthos ne manque pas d’atouts : Un accueil chaleureux par Christos, des personnes aux petits soins et discrets, un calme extrêmement plaisant. Le petit déjeuner, sur-mesure (oui, oui) vous est apporté à votre « chambre » (appartement 2 pièces serait plus adapté) à l’heure souhaitée et toujours avec le sourire. Prenez le temps de siroter une boisson au bord de la piscine, une VRAIE piscine avec une profondeur de 1,50 m à 3 m de profondeur. Quant à l’emplacement, il réussit aux amants de permettre de se ressourcer, tout en étant à moins d’un quart d’heure des lieux les plus magnifiques de l’île en voiture ou en scooter. Un grand bravo à Christos et Charris pour avoir fait de cet endroit un havre de paix reposant

Yakinthos Residence heeft een fantastisch uitzicht over de zee. De ligging is rustig, in de bergen. De eigenaar is erg behulpzaam, geeft je goede tips voor strandjes en restaurants op het eiland. Hele goede bedden, ruime kledingkast op de kamer en keuken met grote koelkast en vriesvak, 4 pits kookstel, oven, Nespresso, broodrooster, waterkoker en servies. De schoonmaak is ook uitstekend. Er is een prachtig zwembad (3 meter diep) met ligbedjes op het complex. Auto kun je gratis parkeren op het terrein. Het eiland is vrij klein dus met een auto ben je binnen 30 minuten in het zuiden. Wij hebben enorm genoten!

1. Hotel owner Christos whilst driving his car SCREAMED at myself and frightened my 5yo DD walking from the beach saying he was driving to the police station to report us for sand on our feet. No joking. Making a claim now. 2. I reported sparkles from the electricity board in our room every other night because it could cause fire and the bullying commenced. All sorts of allegations all of which were completely made up. We experienced absolute hatred towards women and children which is very rare in Greece. 3. “Near the beach” / 3 mins drive - nonsense There is nowhere you can walk from the hotel. You have to hire a car or get a taxi which €80 return journey anywhere you go. Budget it in and save time on travel by booking a better place closer to the beach and basic facilities. The views are all the same on the whole island, don’t think this is a unique spot. Mykonos is an amazing place however this is the most terrible hotel experience we have ever had (12th time visiting our beloved Greece).

J ai apprécié le calme, la propreté, la piscine et la vue Le studio no 7 est un peu sombre, l'équipement de la cuisine est un peu juste,il faut réclamer pour obtenir une poêle et une casserole qu on vous apporte aussitôt,je le reconnais Mais pourquoi être obligé de demander ? Possibilité de louer un scooter, 20 euros par jour. Un moyen de locomotion est indispensable car c'est loin de tout, (d'où le calme....) Mais contrairement à ce qui indiqué sur la réservation et noté dans de nombreux commentaires, les transferts depuis le ferry et à l aéroport ne sont pas gratuits:40 euros le taxi depuis le ferry, donc non assuré par ' établissement et 30 euros le transfert à l aéroport

If this is your first time traveling, this is a great place! If you are an experienced traveler the hotel operates like a 2 star. Breakfast is extremely late, 9am, most tours leave at 9am! The food is not very good. The room is a little outdated, feels old and dark. Easily could upgrade and make it exciting. The nespresso coffee is €2 per pod, only giving you 2 pods per stay, not daily. Free greek coffee at breakfast. There was no communication after the check-in, no communication to check out, we ended up leaving without paying the €2 fee, which still makes me wonder how he didn't check on us, I did 5 trips to pack the car with our lugagges. They left a paper in the room for me to write my opinion about the stay, I did and they got extremely offended with my review making an uncomfortable WhatsApp communication, leaving the hotel with a sour taste.

Very nice hotel far away from the noise

The hotel, which is on a hill side, has a beautiful view of the bay of Panormos. Very well worth the sunrise view - pic attached. We stayed at a very comfortable villa - 2 bedrooms. The hotel is run by the family. Christov, the owner, knows the area as the palm of his hand and is very helpful, willing to ensure one has a great time. He coordinated for us the car rental, which was dropped off at our hotel, and which we could then drop off at no charge at the port. Mind you, you will need to rent a car, as it is far away from “everywhere”. Was just one night, but definitively a nice place / nice experience.

Super séjour, Christos a été très sympa du début à la fin. Pick up a l'aéroport, supers conseils, aide pour louer la voiture direct a l'hôtel. Confort au top et bon petits déjeuners. Je conseil fortement ce petit coin au calme a quelques minutes de la ville en voiture.

One of the highlights of our honeymoon was staying at Yakinthos. Owners were very nice and accommodating. Property very spacious and clean. 10/15 min ride from Mykonos city and a 5 min walk to the beach which is rough walking uphill back but worth the exercise. Pool was out of order while we were there but it didn’t effect our trip with the beach so close. Overall, lovely property and great owners. Nice and secluded but recommend renting a car/bike if you plan on moving around. Highly recommend and would def stay here again in the future

Nous y avons passé 2 nuits. Conclusion très mitigée. Les plus : belle vue sur la mer, grand studio, Christos est très serviable et accueillant. Les moins : isolé et loin de tout, wifi poussif dans la chambre, pas de bar ni restaurant, petit déjeuner servi dans la chambre avec produits moyen, le tout sur un seul plateau, à vous de vous arranger pour le service. Café filtre insipide et vrai café facturé en sus. Mauvaise insonorisation, et malheureusement nos voisins du dessus étaient très bruyants. En conclusion très cher pour ce que c est. Mais Christos est effectivement très gentil.
