Lovely position next to the sea. The rooms were spacious and immaculate. Staff were really friendly and always keen to help. Breakfast was delicious. Walkable to some nearby restaurants and a small shop.

Found by chance! How lucky are we! Had to change island location due to poor weather and flight cancelations to original island. This was a beautiful hotel in a lovely location. Staff wer fabulous and welcoming and very helpful in arranging tours, transportation etc. room was perfect and very quiet and was cleaned spotlessly daily. Strongly recommend this hotel especially to people wanting to be away from the masses. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful

Absolutely everything was wonderful. The people, Nancy, Dimitra and Mary at reception were fantastic. The people at all the F&B are great too. The rooms are spacious and we were upgraded to a suite and was fantastic. I would say perhaps to have more choice for breakfast but otherwise everything you have there is of really good quality and fresh. The recommendations for places to go to were top and reception took care of bookings. Overall amazing experience, amazing stay and amazing people. Highly recommend.

Excellent location & service but not green enough

Amazing location, great service, friendly staff, good restaurant. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Bedding is not the most comfortable but it is acceptable. Restaurant is very expensive and should have a few more affordable options in addition to the more expensive ones. The hotel could be more environmentally friendly providing the option to keep towels, not using small plastic containers for shampoo and shower gel and not using plastic straws at the hotel restaurant. Also on the menu it would be nice to indicate when fish and meat are local and sustainably sourced.

Restaurangen, stranden och loungen var underbar men rummen var till en början en besvikelse. Vi klagade och blev uppgraderade snabbt och efter det var vårt rum jättebra.

Beautiful location, but rooms & service bad

Very nice common areas (restaurant, beach, lounge) - top notch! - although the service was quite poor and employees surprisingly rude. However the real let down was our room which were far below expectations - although a standard room, I still expect a window, nice interior and a comfortable bed, which Hippie Chic did not deliver to my disappointment. I will happily visit the lounge and restaurant again, but I will not stay at the hotel again.

Hippie Chic - 5* Review

It was a AMAZING hotel, the location is perfect and the sunsets on the beach are unreal. The facilities and staff couldn’t be better. I couldn’t recommend this hotel high enough, it’s a great spot! The restaurant is lovely the menu covers it all, and the view of the sunset is one you won’t forget! The rooms are spacious and have great facilities!

Our third stay at Hippie Chic Hotel and it won’t be our last. We absolutely love staying here for the beautiful rooms, amazing sunsets and of course, Hippie Fish with the best food on the island. Can’t wait to stay here.

The hotel is beautiful and it located in a great location. I have two complains. I guess is the end of the season and the staff is ready to go back home and tired of dealing with people, but the bartender was extremely rude and always in a bad mood. Guest and staff are allow to smoke anywhere at anytime. This is a problem if you are not a smoker like us, The receptionist smokes inside the office and at night you can't go inside the reception area because it stink, the restaurant has a semi open area and people smokes next to you while you are having breakfast, lunch and dinner.

First of all be aware: the hotel contacted me about airport to hotel transfer. I couldnt believe they were trying to rip off the guests. We were 3 people and we were told it was going to be 80 Euro for transport. It costed 25 Euro to take a cab from the airport to hotel. My bathroom smelled like urine when I got there. When I complained I was told it was due to wind changes in the area. After they asked for them to clean it. Smell went away. Other than that, hotel is in perfect location in one of the nicest beaches in the area and has a great restaurant. Front desk girls were nice and helpful. The rest of the staff were not but it was ok. We still had a great time due to hotel location. Bc

I loved the location and the design and mostly everything about the hotel. There were few things in our room which was not convenient. The air conditioner above the bed was so annoying. We had to move around. Also the water would come out of the shower because of the pressure of the water. Otherwise loved everything about it

Zimmer ohne Tageslicht

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und fancy. Es liegt sehr schön am Strand, allerdings gehören die schönsten Liegen zum Restaurant des Hotels und auch Hotelgäste müssen dafür bezahlen (ca. 30€ pro Tag). Der Strand ist leider nicht der schönste und teilweise sehr felsig zum reingehen. Man kann auf den Pool ausweichen, doch der ist auch mit Salzwasser gefüllt. Sehr enttäuschend war allerdings unser Zimmer: Es hatte zwar EIN Fenster, das ging allerdings in einen recht dunklen Gang hinaus, sodass man kein Tageslicht hat. Obwohl es das günstigste Zimmer war, ist ein so hoher Preis bei einem Zimmer ohne Tageslicht bei weitem nicht gerechtfertigt. Sehr schade, denn an sich war das Zimmer schön eingerichtet und sauber.

Amazing beachfront hotel with one of the greatest and friendliest staff ever. However, do not book their cheap deluxe rooms because you will trapped and suffocated. There is not enough air flow and it gets very humid. Try to get a room with a window opening to a view or balcony. Other than that, it's a fantastic hotel.

Accommodation

Room situation poor no windows , views or access to natural light. Staff unreceptive to concerns and no effort to offer alternative room. In any case very basic. Took my sons laptop as security when seeking cash for airport transfer. Like hostel accomodation yet £200 per night. I would not recommend this 'hotel' to others.

Esta ubicado en la misma playa de Agios Ioannis y no tienes mas que bajar unas escaleras para disfrutar de la playa con hamacas que el propio hotel proporciona gratis a los huéspedes del mismo. Esta a diez minutos del centro en coche que es otro gran punto a favor. El personal del hotel es muy amable y atento con los clientes, incluyendo a los aparcacoches que están siempre pendientes de cada uno de los clientes.

We like a lot Hippiechick hotel. The pool is beautiful; it is located next to the beach. We loved the view! Nice and comfortable room, good service, yummy food in hippiechick fish! I recommend this hotel!
