Posizione ottima e centralissima, mulini a vista, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei bus (fabrika). La camera è abbastanza spaziosa (non consiglio più di 5 persone, di cui una deve dormire sul divano). La struttura è moderna ma molto umida. Fornita di un piccolo frigo, un bollitore, piatti e posate, phon e ferro da stiro. Il bagno non ha una finestra. Pulizia da migliorare, abbiamo dovuto ricordare del cambio teli e asciugamani. Comunicazione con la reception ok, risponde a qualsiasi orario. Sono stati così gentili da aiutarci anche con la prenotazione del taxi. Nel complesso è positivo ma per quanto ci è costato mi aspettavo di più.

Great location, Easy Check-in/Check-Out

This property had a great location and is a perfect place to watch the sunset over Little Venice (either on the small terrace in front of the door, or by moving to sit on the terraced square in front of the windmills). Based on a review I read before even booking, I expected that getting into the property was going to be an issue - and I will say that I emailed them and sent a WhatsApp to the number on the reservation about our arrival time (which we specified as earlier than the check-in time without even checking this ourselves) and never heard back. However, Evan contacted me from a different number three hours before their normal check-in time on WhatsApp to ask about our arrival time - just as we had arrived at the property having taken the SeaBus into Mykonos town. Perhaps it would have been less convenient for someone who couldn't use data on their phone, but we didn't have any issues sending and receiving photos from him on WhatsApp to get into the property - and thus, didn't even have to wait for him to arrive to gain access. They were also happy to accommodate a later check-out for our afternoon ferry, so all in all I think the place was excellent value for money, great location and clean. It was clear enough to me that this was an apartment rental rather than a hotel, so I didn't expect any kind of housekeeping service during our stay either. All in all, I would honestly recommend the place!

BEWARE SCAM - DO NOT BOOK

Very bad experience! Informed host of check-in time including ferry details and requested transfer. On check in day, whilst on the ferry from Santorini,1 hour before we got to Mykonos got a message saying our transfer was not arranged. No communication from host on where to collect keys, so we sat outside the suites for over an hour, trying to find someone who knew where the reception was. Made 4 calls to the reservation manager using roaming. Reservation manager was rude, saying we should give him some time and his colleague was coming. Someone named Kostas arrived after 5.30pm, never apologized but said he made a mistake and overbooked so the unit was not available and we could move to another in the center of town(supposedly an upgrade). Said he sent messages to my phone but when we checked he had sent the messages after 5pm when we were already there. We were not happy and asked for options. His solution was either a full refund and we had to find our own accommodation, or he could book a place at the airport. With no choice we had to walk to the alternate accommodation after 6pm wheeling our bags. When we got there, cleaning was still in progress & we had to wait downstairs. Wifi was terrible & had to walk past garbage to get there. Another guy, Vagelis, was there and he was rude, saying "normal" people would understand/ accept. Long story short-these guys are scammers.They take overbookings for their popular units and move you to other units.
