the manager was so distracted when ever we needed his attention . the property is amazing far from the city but amazing is you want quite after a long vacation ., no liquor or pork property is muslim ran that we did not know so bring your liquor if you want it., lots of children perfect for family

Perfect hotel for a get-away close to nature

Very nice hotel at the lakeside, surrounded by beautiful nature. Service is exceptional and rooms are extremely nice with slight need for refurbishment. Note: Hotel is not serving alcohol and not smoker-friendly

The nature around Wag Hill is so fascinating and relaxing,the lake view and the sunset view and many more others. I liked the private pool at the cottage. I just advise they have it cleaned regularly or cover it so it won't be contaminated with insects or dirty particles. Otherwise I would love to reside in a cottage next time I am at Wag Hill.

Obwohl auf Knieverletzung hingewiesen wurde, war das Zimmer in der nahezu leerstehenden Anlage fast 1km von der Rezeption entfernt. Bei nächtlicher Ankunft beleuchtete der begleitende Massai den Weg mit seinem Handy notdürftig. Nach Starkregen am Nachmittag war der mit Steinplatten ausgelegte Weg stellenweise sehr glitschig. Internet vor Ort wäre sicher gut gewesen, allerdings fehlte dazu der an der Rezeption am Morgen auf Nachfrage leider auch nicht erhältliche Voucher. Somit war keine Kommunikation mit einem mitreisenden Bekannten möglich. Das Moskitonetz war deutlich zu klein für das Bett. Sehr muffiger Geruch in dem schlecht gelüfteten Zimmer, das auch um Mitternacht noch ca. 26°C hatte. Insgesamt wurde der schlechte Eindruck abgerundet durch ein unfreundliches Telefonat mit der nie persönlich in Erscheinung getretenen Betreiberin. Schade. Das Ferienressort liegt sehr schön am See. Als Hotel eher nicht geeignet.

This was my favorite place to stay at in Tanzania. I spent a week and could have stayed longer if I had the time. The natural beauty is stunning and the lake during sunrise is exceptionally beautiful. I highly recommend a stay here. The staff was wonderful, the food delicious, and everything about this place gets top marks from me. 10/10
