"The pictures shown for this property are at least 15 years old. The building is showing quite a bit of wear and tear. There is NO Spa/sauna. The area where the woman is lounging on the chaise is closed. The long bar sits dark and unused in a musty basement. There is no laundry. The rooms are very dated with worn out desks and dinged furniture. This location is on a busy road in between towns. There are no live flowers anywhere on the property. Overall, I found it very disappointing. On the plus side, it is very clean and the staff is friendly. "
