「L’hotel è estremamente centrale e molto ben posizionato per visitare a piedi la città. Ha vicino anche un Carrefour aperto più o meno sempre abbastanza ben fornito. La stanza era comoda e pulita. Non lussuosa ma dotata di tutto il necessario. Avere una cuscinetta a disposizione può essere molto comodo. L’hotel offre comunque servizio in camera e una reception 24 Hours. 「The staff were incredibly kind, caring, sincere, and exceptionally helpful. They had a wonderful way of making all our worries disappear. When my son was sick, they showed genuine concern and quickly arranged for a doctor to see him, who arrived within half an hour. 「Hotel in good location, just a short distance from all sightseeing spots in the city. Excellent hospitality. Room is spacious and cosy. However, there was a hot water issue in the bathroom during our stay. Hot water supply in the family room was not steady and would go out very quickly after turning on for a minute or two. Could not be fixed during our stay even the hotel had looked into the problem. The wifi signal was weak in the bedroom area of the deluxe room.」
